1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to outline the internal and external services provided by the General
Services section for OGC and OAGC employees within Obeikan Glass Company to assure the convenience
and comfort of employees and contractors.

3.3.3.1. Team leader shall report the total number of workers to the shift supervisor.
3.3.3.2. Shift supervisor shall send an email with the required information to the General Services
supervisor for further processing.
3.5. Security
3.5.1. OGC and OAGC employees and contractors shall use either gates to enter or exit the company.
3.5.2. OGC and OAGC employees and contractors shall prove their identity by showing their work ID.
3.5.3. OGC and OAGC employees and contractors shall present other necessary documents in
accordance with the work regulations.
3.5.4. Heavy vehicles such as shipment trucks, containers, cranes, etc. shall use gate 1 to enter or exit the
company.
3.5.5. Vehicles entering the company from both gates 1 and 2 are thoroughly inspected for:
• Metal containers such as cans, trays, aluminum foil, etc.
• Gas cylinders
• Animals
• Weapons
