    Dear Sir,

    Good day!

    I would like to ask permission from your good office to allow my students, the
    Grade 9 – SPA, Laserna and Macabanti classes, to have their practice in Street
    Dancing at the Win Gatchalian Gym on Saturday, December 10, 2022 as
    preparation for the ANS Day 2022 celebration. They will be staying within the school
    premises from 8 to 11 a.m. since I and/or their parents do not allow that they spend
    practice hours outside of the school premises for safety and security purposes.
    Attached herewith is a copy of their Parent’s Consent.
