Certificate of End of Lease Agreement

This is to certify that the lease agreement for Yello Cube Stall No. 01 located at 2 Wilson Place, Wilson
Street, Lahug Cebu City (the “Leased Premises”), entered into between Gothong Southern
Properties, Inc. (the "Lessor") and Doz Kulturas Food Stall, represented by its proprietor Margaret-
Mae Janubas Tubog (the "Tenant"), has come to an end as of May 1, 2023.

The lease agreement, which commenced on May 2, 2022 for a term of One (1) Year, has been
terminated in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions. Both parties have fulfilled their
respective obligations and responsibilities as outlined in the Contract of Lease.

The Lessor acknowledges that all rental payments, charges and fees have been settled by the Tenant
up to the termination date. Furthermore, any outstanding deposits or prepaid amounts have been
duly returned to the Tenant as per the provisions of the Contract of Lease.

Both parties agree that they have no further obligations or liabilities towards each other, arising from
the aforementioned Contract of Lease, except as explicitly stated in the agreement or as required by
law.

This Certificate of End of Lease Agreement is issued to both parties as evidence of the termination of
the lease agreement and the successful completion of the tenancy.
