Shawn Sher is the founder and chief executive officer of Lyons Shers Incorporated, an
Industrial Relations consultancy firm that operates in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia,
USA and South Africa. He is also the author of several publications such as “Key
Industrial Court Awards of 2007/2008”, “HR Concerns In Buying and Selling a
Company”, “The New-Age HR Policies Book” as well as “Managing Domestic
Inquiries.”

Shawn is also an established trainer on a vast array of IR topics and is also consulted
by a number of large multinational and GLC’s on their IR issues. He is also the chief
editor of the Malaysian Labor Laws Wizard software that was nominated as IT
Product of the Year by PIKOM and today subscribed to by more than 400 corporations
