MATHEMATICS CLUB ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

I. Introduction

As part of the advocacies of the DepEd to provide Quality Education, the pupils
of Ballesteros Sr. Elementary School got the chance to enhance their skills in
MATHEMATICS.
Mrs. Airen M. Pamat, a Math Coordinator and Math Club Adviser facilitated a
series of events were planned as part of the MATH CLUB program from September
2022- June 2023. These activities were accordance from the Action Plan approved by
the Division office which focused on the pupils' growth where children learned how to
solve mathematical issues and develop their sense of leadership.

II. Activities Undertaken

 Election and Meeting of Math Club Officers

The Math Club Adviser, Mrs. Airen M. Pamat, held a forum for pupils interested
in joining the club. The Math Club officers were chosen on September 20, 2022, and they are
the following:

After the said election was a meeting proper. The adviser discussed about the
different activities in the action plan and it was agreed by everybody.

 DAMATH and Chess Contests

The School Damath and Chess contest were held last February 10, 2023 at the
Grade VI- Rhodium classroom. The following pupils won the said contests:

There were awarding of winners after the different contest and also giving of
certificates for those Math Club Officers who were facilitated the said activities.
