    Good day!

    I would like to apply for an entrance scholarship for my son, Dan Emmanuel C. Padilla.
    He graduated with the highest honors and ranked first among 221 senior high school students.
    Moreover, he is a person with a disability (Psychosocial Disability, Psoriasis)
    It would be a great help to our family if you would grant us the said scholarship. The
    amount that we can save from the tuition fee can be used for his other medical needs, such as
    medications, soaps, lotions, creams, etc.
