Dear SAP,
Kindly advise as we are trying to upload assets through LTMC and we are facing error message number AA518
although mapping of Depreciation Keys is correct and we are already using the standard depreciation keys.

Dear Customer,

Your incident has just arrived at Asset Accounting team.

For your issue, could you please provide the LTMC upload file for a further checking?

Usually error AA518 is caused by missing entries for some areas in the upload file.

For further check, it would be better if you can provide a test data dictionary of BAPI
BAPI_FIXEDASSET_OVRTAKE_CREATE to see whether error exist for the BAPI.

please open the relevant system with valid logon data.

Please tell us also, which example we can check in which system ? Can we use the example, given in the
attachment ?

Please also have in mind, that LTMC upload issues with assets are in most cases more a matter of handling
or consulting and are normally not covered in the weekend support.

Nevertheless we will check your issue as soon as possible, when the connection with valid logon data is
ready.
