Fach building shall be provided with sanitary facilities, including provisions for persons with disabilities as prescribed by the Department Having Jurisdic -
tion. Table 422.1 applies to new buildings, additions to a building , and changes of occupancy or type in an existing building resulting in increased occupant
load .
