Product Manager

Product Management, Product in Hyderabad, India

We are looking for a product manager for Company’s Payments Compliance Products team

to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the next generation Compliance platform

that will further enable the scaling of Company’s line of businesses and will drive new

business initiatives across the globe.

In this role, you will create functionality that caters to multiple product lines. As a

Payment Compliance PM, you have a mix of technical and business aptitude and bring to

the table a sense of empathy for developers and non-technical users who wish to

engage with the products that you will build and own.

You should be comfortable in uncharted territory as we are embarking on building novel

solutions for our users in a multi-modality world. This a highly cross-functional role and

you will work with results-oriented teams across product, engineering, business

organisation, policy teams; collaborate with other product managers, data science,

marketing, and legal to name a few.

Basic Qualification:
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering highly successful and innovative

products/features with your fingerprints all over them - you’re very proud of what you’ve

accomplished.

• Experience in platform product management and experience in building products for

end-users in the B2C or B2B space

• Passion for building platforms/products at scale

• Ability to investigate metrics and data whether it’s to diagnose a problem, evaluate a

solution, or propose a new critical metric

Preferred Qualification:
• Product experience in the payments/fintech space would be preferred

• Product experience building platform products


• Previous experience working on risk, identity or compliance or customer support

product

What the Candidate Will Do


• Craft the strategy, lead the roadmap, and build a truly scalable ecosystem and products

that unlock company-wide innovation for Company’s business lines.

• Lead the discovery phases of new feature rollouts with a set of cross functional

stakeholders from various business teams, engineering, and other product managers

across the organisation.

• Evaluate trade-offs amongst multiple solutions and influence roadmap for one or more

service/feature areas based on technical feasibility, business timelines and customer

impact.

• Author product requirements, epics, user stories across multiple complex and crossfunctional

feature/ service areas and create flow documents to ensure solutions are

architected to cover business needs and requirements.

• Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact and work with

implementation teams to deliver multi sprint roadmaps while optimising time to market.

• Devise Go-to-Market plans.

• Establish deep understanding of platform and technology in product area to create

scalable & flexible solutions.

• Recommend new processes, workarounds, and flow changes to ensure constant

improvement and evolution of the spender and earner experience.

• Conduct market research, gather feedback from internal regional & operations teams

and analyse existing product flows, contact reasons and net-promoter-scores to identify

experience gaps.
