Product Management in Company closely resembles our rapacious growth. Because

As a Product Manager in our team, you will collaborate with Developers, other
Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Engineers. We are driven by a
‘user-first’ mindset. We have a strong bias for action. Above all, our PMs are driven by
impact, not features. We drive ‘problem discovery’ & delivery - not only obsess over
“what to build”, but execute with rigor to create impact.

• Are you passionate about solving high-impact problems?
• As our Product Manager, you would need to be.
• In this role, you would not only get to flex your skills but also learn to thrive in a
fast-paced start-up environment with a high degree of autonomy. This crossfunctional
leadership position requires you to work closely with the Engineering,
Design, Category Management, Marketing, and Finance teams to bring new
products to life.

Whaatt yyou wiillll do

• Understand the reselling market and needs of users using deeply
qualitative/quantitative techniques
• Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and
break them down into smaller chunks
• Prioritise problems based on the level of urgency
• Facilitate a process to come up with the best technology-led ideas to solve
prioritized problems
• Experiment with multiple solution ideas and test them using MVPs, prototypes,
etc.
• Ensure high product quality through processes such as user acceptance testing,
dogfooding, etc.
• Create a go-to-market plan to maximize product adoption and success
• Define product metrics for your area, and track them continuously
• Identify usage patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the
right direction
• Create a product roadmap that has at least a 3-month forward-looking view of
key business problems to be solved

Whaatt yyou wiillll neeeedAPPLY NOW

• Undergrad from premier colleges (MBA from IIM, ISB, or premier foreign
institution preferable but not mandatory)
• 4+ years of experience
• At least 3+ yrs in product management in a tech-led company (consumer
internet space is preferred)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills based on ‘first principles’ thinking
• Good understanding of technology
• Familiarity with product management processes such as A/B experimentation,
writing product requirement documents, managing product backlogs, and
creating roadmaps
