 I. Registration and Log In

 1. Go to iLearningX platform homepage and click “Log in or Register”.

 2. If you already have a Huawei Uniportal account, please go ahead to log in. If you do not
have one yet, please create a Huawei Uniportal account to login and learn the courses on
iLearningX.

 3. Create a Huawei Uniportal account:

Use the same email address that you used to apply for Seeds for the Future program. If you need to use another email
address to register on iLearningX, please notify your local PR in advance in case there’s any problem when extracting
study data.

*Not necessary to input Phone Number

 4. Login:

After the account is created, click back and then click “Login in” on the upper right
corner of the Back page.

 5. Complete the account registration information, read, understand, and agree to the
Privacy Policy Statement.

 8. Before you start the program, please complete the “Pre-program survey” under the
“Program Survey” section.

 9. Prior to study any course, please check your account information and provide the
iLearningX “User ID ”to Huawei local crew, so that we are able to check your study
progress.

 11. Regarding 3 mandatory curriculum, watch the video and pass the final exams.
(Requirement: Get total scores at least 60 out of 100)

 12. Limited amount of exam attempts

Different types of questions have different amounts of attempts to take. You are
required to pass the exam within the attempts.

 13. Check the total grades of mandatory courses
Review your grades in “Grades” box in the course learning page. It shows your total
score of the final exam. The system takes your LATEST score as your final result.

It’s required to get at

Feel free to “Create New Post” to leave comments and questions on any course at the
“Discussion” section under the homepage. Tech teachers will get back to you within
24 hours.

 15. You can also participate the whole program through iLearningX on mobile phone.
Please Make sure the default language of your mobile phone is English.

 FAQs

1. Which browsers are compatible with iLearningX?

Google Chrome version 58.X.X or later is recommended for the best performance and experience.

2. What are the requirements of iLearningX for the network and network speed?
It is recommended that the network is more stable in the upstream direction, and internet access through a private
line with higher bandwidth.
If the external network is used, the network rate of 100 Mbit/s or higher is recommended.

3. What can I do if it take too long to open a course or load videos?

Step 1：Open the page again.
Step 2：Check the network. The recommended network speed is 100 Mbit/s.

4. How can I gain scores of each course?

Each ICT course has 100 points, you need to answer the quiz and final exam to gain scores. When you finish
answering the questions, please submit, then you will get your points for this section.

5. Does the system take my highest score as my final score?

The system takes your latest score (since it registers your latest answers) and not the highest, as your final score.
So, if you already gave the correct answer for one question, don’t change it any more.

6. How many attempts do I have?

There are 3 types of questions: true or false, single-choice and multi-choice, different types have different amounts
of attempts. Generally speaking, the more difficult the question is, the more attempts are available.

7. How can I check my score?

You can review your score in the "Grades" section. The total shows your total score, which consists of final exam in
each chapter. It’s required to get at least 60 points out of 100 for mandatory course.

8. What should I do if I didn’t pass the exam（didn't get at least 60 points）after running out of attempts?
The chances are fair for all students. If for any reason you studied really hard but failed, please reach out to your
local Huawei Seeds for the Future contact person to discuss your case.

9. How can I rate and leave comments for a certain course?

Feel free leave your feedback in the "Rating" section of each course. We encourage you to share your thoughts with
other participants worldwide. Cross-cultural communication is the charm of the program. Your voice is important for
us, every post relevant to the program will be treated seriously, our instructors and team will reply to you ASAP.

10. If I have a question about the course or I want to discuss with other students from different countries,
what should I do?
Leave your messages or make a post in the "Discussion" section of the main menu where all students, lecturers or
Seeds Admin can exchange ideas freely.

11. Can I continue to learn after the program?

Yes, your account will still be active and have access to all the prerecorded courses. We will keep developing new
courses, we welcome you to further explore them.

12. Why is my name not showing on the live-stream attendee list although I attended the whole session?
This may be due to a mismatch between [ your name or E-mail address you used for Zoom meeting ] and
[ your information you used to sign up for the program ]. We can only identify the livestream data with the
information you provided to your Huawei local contact person.

Please remember: Use 1 name and 1 E-mail address throughout the program.

Check the information you use to enter live session. If you were not asked to input your information when entering
live session, maybe you have a default ZOOM account on your device and it opens automatically. In this case,
please check the name and contact your Huawei local contact person to avoid any misunderstanding.

13. I received a notification about my account being enrolled in the "audit track". Does it affect my
graduation and certificate?

NO, it won’t affect your graduation or certificate issuance. Please note that we have set up a unique certificate for
the entire Seeds for the Future program based on our Graduation Criteria, which considers different aspects
such as grades in multiple courses and livestream sessions attendance. As long as the graduation criteria is met,
every student will be awarded a certificate.
Please don't worry about the AUDIT TRACK notification. In the ilearningX platform, you just need to pay attention to
completing the courses and passing the exams.
