AFFIDAVIT

I, CRISTINA MENDOZA, of legal age, Filipino and presently

residing at Brgy. Sto. Niño, San Pascual, Batangas, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

That I am the live-in partner of ALLAN MARQUEZ y

Contreras;

That said Allan is presently detained at the Batangas Provincial

Jail, Brgy. Cuta-Bilibid, Batangas City;

That I have been his live-in partner since September 2017;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the

foregoing facts and circumstances; to comply with the requirement for
visiting ALLAN MARQUEZ y Contreras inside the Batangas
Provincial Jail; and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
