Summer 2018 Costume Form

Most costumes for “Annie KIDS” will be rented from local theaters. There is an extra fee
to help cover these costs of $30 for those in the 5s and $40 for each other child. In
addition to this fee, every child is in need of a pair of white shoes. We will be painting
these on site, so they must be of a quality you are willing to part with. Inexpensive
shoes may be purchased at retailers like Walmart or even CVS in stores and online for
$6 or less! Also, every girl in the cast will need a pair of white tights.

Please send in these items with the child's name on the soles of the shoes/tag or
inside rear of the tights by ORIENTATION DAY. They are a vital part of unifying the
costumes.
