This U.S. National Postmaster is ENFORCING for the attached negotiable instrument
to be Executed and Exchanged for its present Value in United States Gold backed Bonds.
The assets are to be delivered to the Owner Mr. John Doe, or if she wishes at that time to have
them deposited into a new U.S. Executive Post-Office financial vessel- such as a
Checking/Money-Order Account in order to receive all future National entitlements; per the
governmental "Administrative" Postal Statutes and US codes: USC title 46 § 56102.
Additional controls during war or national emergency (a)(3)(b), 18 USC 8, Public Law 73-
10/HJR 192, Title 31 USC 5118, and Executive Order 6102.

The presented Postal-Money Order is to be honored within 3 Days as required by law

for EXECUTION and DISCHARGE to the Lawful Accrued Asset Value back to Lawful
Grantee and in Trusted Legal American Executive Title holder as the Executive in Charge.
Bank Refusal is considered dishonorable. All Banks must process lawful United States
currency and failure to provide lawful reason(s), or to misdirect the instrument, is grounds for a
complaint to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) under the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection
Practices Act), 15 USC 1692(a)(1). It is their duty to honor the instrument for payment, however
they may not know, abide by and operate under the law. Commercial instruments are legal tender
for the payment of debt in accordance with 31 USC 5118 and other statutes/code as stated above.
Therefore by my Will, I am assigning the administrative Position of EXECUTOR to
(COMPANY NAME) for the Execution and Discharge of the account and attachments.
