1. Did you encountered any difficulty while transcribing the audio? If yes then share particular

difficulty is that and how did you handle it?

Yes, I had difficulty transcribing the audio because there were certain phrases that I didn't

recognize and didn't understand because of the speakers' accents. And, since one of the speakers

was a Russian, I misinterpreted and misheard her remarks. Apart from that, the two speakers were

straightforward when they spoke. Furthermore, it was difficult for me to catch up on the words

that I transcript while listening to them. To handle this difficulty, it made me realize that when

transcribing an audio, you should do that in a quiet, comfortable environment, and that in order to

get an accurate transcription, you must listen to the audio several times in order to get the right

details and words to the speaker. It will train me to pay close attention to what the speaker is saying.

And, it’s difficult to communicate with people from various backgrounds and dialects when you

are not fluent speaker However, I cannot guarantee that my transcription is correct because I am

unaware of any gaps between the two speakers' conversations. However, I find that this practice

aids in the development of my listening skills, especially in terms of listening to sounds in order

to convey the message. Overall, despite the fact that it was a difficult and challenging task, it taught

me that listening is one of the most important skills that a teacher must teach.
