    BRAIN DO JO PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL

    Dear Laguna College of Business and Arts,

    We are excited to partner with you on your upcoming event for your summer program. We are submitting our
    Partnership Proposal for your review and approval.

    This is the rate we have determined for this partnership:

    Class Level Classification Class Size Class Schedule Rates

    Public Speaking Grade 1 to Grade 3 5 to 15 40 minutes / session Php 3,000 for 12


    students sessions
    Grade 4 to Grade 6 60 minutes / session

    Grade 7 to Grade 8 60 minutes / session

    Grade 9 to Grade 10 60 minutes / session

    We will charge your institution based on the Brain Do Jo rates mentioned above. Your school will be the one to
    determine how much additional fee you will charge to cover your projected expenses and profit.

    Here are the suggested schedules:


    Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
    Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

    As discussed, payment terms will be on a down payment basis, the school needs to settle 50% of students’
    rates before the start of the first session, and the remaining balance must be settled on or before April 28,
    2023.

    In addition, these will be the inclusions for completion of the program:

    1. Worksheets
    2. Course Outline
    3. Certificate of Completion
