ACTIVITY PRE - 1. Show picture cards.

1. Recap previous lesson by asking pupils to articulate the phonemes and do the actions.

LESSO 3. Read the text.
N 4. Pupils read together with the teacher.
DELIVE 5. Draw pupils’ attention to focus words in the story.
RY 6. Pupils read the words aloud and articulate the phonemes.
7. Guide the pupils to blend the phonemes into words.
8. Organise pupils into groups.
9. Distribute a game board, a dice and tokens to each group.
10. Pupils place their tokens on start.
11. Pupils take turns throwing the dice and moving that many spaces on the game board.
12. Pupils sound out the phonemes.
13. If the pupils land on a star, they take another turn. If the pupils land on a moon, they
lose a turn.
14. The first person who finishes the game wins.
POST - 1.Distribute worksheets.
