1. What are the classroom management strategy(ies) that you have observed?

The teacher first checks the attendance of learners. The teacher conducts a review with the
learners before proceeding to the new lesson. The teacher also uses inquiry-based strategies
with the learners as a result of making them use critical thinking. The teacher also engages with
the learners. The teacher gets the attention of the learners when they are unattentive by making
friendly eye contact, using humorous lines, and encouraging them to focus on what they are
studying. The teachers give reading materials to a certain learner who is not able to read.

2. What part(s) of the lesson this/these management strategy(ies) were utilized?

The checking of attendance and review of the previous lesson were utilized in the preparatory

activities. The inquiry-based approach and engaging with the learners are used in the

developmental activities and in developmental activities. The teachers gave reading materials that

were used at the end of the lesson proper.

My Analysis

Answer the following questions:

When do you consider a facility useful or not?

I consider a facility useful when learners and teachers get benefits from it, make their
activities easier, and can contribute to learning and development for learners. On the other
hand, I consider a facility not useful when it cannot be used and has nothing to do with the
learning and development of learners.

When do you say that a facility aids learning? Cite some instances.
Faculty aids learning when it comes to prioritizing the learning, development, and health of
each learner.
 In some instances, a school clinic helps learners with sudden illnesses.
 A home economics room that helps the learners acquire more knowledge about basic
life skills and home activities that they can use in everyday life.

What is the impact of environment to the learners?

The condition of every building and the school environment had really affect the learners learning
development. The learners cannot concentrate into their classes if their school environment does 7not
suit to their learning adaptability. Thus, in educating the learners, we should have to consider a best
environment for them

4 What kind of classroom management is conducive to learning?

One of the most important components of a conducive learning environment is comfortable
physical space in which children can sit comfortably, get the learners to cooperate, create a
communal environment, see and fully comprehend what their teacher is saying, and participate
in social activities with their classmates.

My Reflection

1. Would you like to teach in the school environment you just observed/remembered? Why or why not?

Yes. The school had indeed good facilities, and if it happened that the school has not, I will not change my
decision because I believe that learners in a public schools need more attention to guide their educational
experiences. I have seen that it is hard for them to study on that kind of environment but their
perseverance to learn had catch my attention so much.

2. If you are the teacher, how can you make the environment more conducive to learning?

The effective school must possess these kinds of aspects. These involve stimulating and secure learning
environment on which the child are free from any harm of murder or accident. Professional leadership must also
take place because the learners always depend to what the teacher instructs. Focus on teaching and learning
are some point that should have to take into consideration, too. There should have purposeful teaching, shared
vision and goals, high expectations of all learners, accountability and learning communities.

3. How do classroom management impact learning?

Classroom management impacts learning as it maintains a calm learning environment for learners.
It creates a learning environment free of distractions for learners. It reduces bad behavior and
distractions, allowing learners to concentrate on their studies. improve academic skills and
knowledge, and enhance social-emotional development.

4. If you are to design a learning environment for your would-be students, how will it look like? Illustrate.

If I were to design a learning environment for my learners, it would be a good rapport with my
learners. I would show that I have an interest in them and I am willing to get to know them one by
one. Because I believe that if learners know their teacher cares about them, they will feel more
comfortable asking questions, taking risks, and making mistakes in order to learn. With this being
said, the learners will be motivated to learn within the boundaries and expectations of a classroom.
