GX-6000 PID ONLY CALIBRATION

Required calibration gas: ISOBUTYLENE 100ppm
To prepare for calibration; Fill a gas bag with ISOBUTYLENE
100PPM calibration gas

1. With the instrument turned on, perform a fresh air calibration.

2. Press and hold <<DISP>> and <<SHIFT>> simultaneously until a

beep is heard. Release the buttons and the display will show
“CAL”.

3. In CAL MODE Press <<SHIFT>> twice to select “>SINGLE CAL”.

Press <<ENTER>> The display will show “SINGLE”.

4. Press <<AIR>> twice to confirm VOC. Press <<ENTER>>

5. The display will show “APPLYGAS>

6. Attach the gas bag containing ISOBUTYLENE 100PPM to the

instrument.

7. Have the instrument draw calibration gas for 60 seconds and press
<<ENTER>> The display will show “END”

8. Press <<SHIFT>> once and <<ENTER>> once and <<SHIFT>>

once and <<ENTER>> once to return to normal operation mode.

9. Record the calibration in the INSTRUMENT LOG in the Log &

Instruction Manual.
