    I am CHINNEE RAE C. STO DOMINGO, 25 years old, single and a resident of Barangay Corazon
    De Jesus Concepcion, Tarlac. I graduated with a degree of Bachelor Elementary Education major
    in General Education at Concepcion Holy Cross College Inc. last April 2018 with a GWA of
    2.0825 or equivalent to 87%.
    I took and passed the Board Exam for Teachers or Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET)
    last March 2019 obtaining the rate of 76.00% and who has a month of experience in teaching
    at Rising Sun Learning Center.

    My documents are enclosed to suffice this application.
