1. What was the added value you have perceived by experiencing an integrated and
complete learning experience (pre-course, core course and after-course)?
According to my prospections the Core Course model guided me a valuable insight while
evaluating the design and implementations of the Business Planning and Strategies to the
finance department within the organization while planning for the growth of the business
revenues and navigate the employees towards achieving the business success.
What is the most important element you take out of this experience?
After completing the course, I have understood that Business planning’s and the strategies is
an essential factors for the organizational success. The business strategies assists the
senior management teams to set the business goals while providing the company a
competitive edge. In this matter the Finance Department play an important role while
adjusting the strategies according to handling the price factors. The Finance Analysts set the
price of products and services according to the customer demands and satisfaction as well
as the other variable costs of production and marketing.
This section is meant to give relevant information upon all the activities that you have gone
through during your entire learning experience. These are split according to the different
stages you have already passed until now.
