ABSTRACT

The gap between the Industry and Colleges can be reduced by the
Industrial Internships. In out One Month Internship we
understood the basic working of the industries and the various
departments involved in the Industry and Knowledge on
Machinery, Machine Utilization and Machine maintenance.
Product and Process knowledge. In the KAMTRESS
AUTOMATION SYSTEMS PVT LTD industry we have learnt
the TQM Process and Understood the TQM Flowchart and the
importance of the TQM in production.

We understood the Stages of TQM and Importance of TQM and


Benefits of the TQM to the Industry to overcome the hidden
Wastes and to increase the Product Performance and to reduce the
Product Manufacturing Cost.
