Before going to school

a. Your temperature reaches 37.5° C and/or you have cough, colds and
other respiratory symptoms;
b. You have relevant history of travel or COVID-19 exposure within the
last 14 days

b. Kung nag byahe sa iba na lugar o kung na expose sa COVID-19 sa ulihi nga 14 ka

Prepare your health and hygiene kit, such as face mask, soap, alcohol/hand
sanitizer, etc.
Eprepara ang health and hygiene kit nga may face mask, sabon,
alcohol/hand sanitizer kag iba pa.

Prepare and bring food for your consumption while inside the school.
Prepare and bring eating and drinking utensils.
Eprepara kag magdala sang pagkaon para sa sarili nga kunsomo sa sulod
sa eskwelahan. Eprepara kag magdala man sang balonan, kutsara, tinidor
kag baso.

Prepare QR code for identification and attendance upon entering any

classroom or offices.
Eprepara ang QR Code para sa pagkakilala kag para sa attendance bag-o

policy.

Handover the accomplished Health Declaration Form

to the gate in-charge.

Using a personal vehicle such as motorcycles to enter the school is

allowed. Use of service car is discouraged as the school has limited
parking area.
Pwede ang pag gamit sang sakyanan pareha sang motor sa
pagsulod sa eskwelahan. Gina discourage ang pag gamit sang
salakyan sasulod eskwelahan kay limitado ang parking area.

Follow the designated entry ad exit points at all gateways

and doors of the school, keeping always to the right side in
a single line only.

Submit to the mandatory temperature check and if

your temperature reaches 37.5° C and/or you have
cough, colds and other respiratory symptoms, you will
be asked to go home.

37.5° C kag kung may ubo, sip on, kag iba pa, papaulion ka.

Pass through the designated foot bath for footwear

disinfection.

gadgets and other personal possessions.

Cover your mouth and nose with tissue or toilet

paper towel, or with flexed elbow, when coughing or
sneezing.
Tabunan ang baba kag ilong sang tissue o braso
kung naga ubo o pangatsing.

Dispose used hygiene paper products or face mask

immediately and properly, by disinfecting them prio and
throwing them in designated garbage bins.
Ihaboy dayun kag sang maayo ang mga hygiene paper o
face mask sa pamaagi nga idisinfect ini kag ihaboy sa tama
nga basurahan.

General Guidelines:
1. Wear facemask at all times, except when eating and drinking;

1. Except during emergencies, comply with the

maximum capacity of 4 users (excluding utility staff)
at a time and maximum duration of 10 minutes per
user, including waiting/queing and using the wash
basin in the common area;
