Cyber Threat Reporting Analyst

Job Description
This is an intermediate-level position in Citi’s cyber
threat intelligence team, and will primarily involve
triage and preparation of short reports on daily cyber
events. Other related duties will be assigned as
required. The successful candidate will have good
cyber security awareness (e.g. familiarity with
concepts such as Advanced Persistent Threat, Denial
of Service Attacks, Malware, Mobile Fraud, etc.) and
strong English-language writing skills. They will
further understand different types of technical
indicators, such as MD5 hashes and IP addresses, and
demonstrate an ability to validate and perform
research into those indicators.
Responsibilities:
• Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge to triage,
summarize and report cyber threats.
• Monitor and research cyber threats with a direct
or indirect impact to the Citi brand
• Assess cyber threat data and correlate with
existing understanding of cyber threats impacting the Citi
franchise
• Ascertain the impact of an attack and develop
threat trends to assess their overall impact and inform
senior decision makers
Qualifications:
• University degree or equivalent experience
 • Cyber technical qualifications and/or experience
preferred
• Strong communication skills
