1 Hydra shall be sound and in good condition.
2 Tyre should be Free from damage (cuts, cracks, ware & tare etc.).
3 Head lights, tail lights and indicators are in working condition.
4 Side mirrors should be in good condition.
5 Wire rope of the crane free from damage.
6 Safe Work Load (SWL) Marked and visible.
7 Hoist Limit Switch available and in working condition.
8 Sling drum should be free from damage.
9 Safety Latch available and in working condition.
10 Windscreen and wiper should be in good condition.
11 Boom should be in good condition without any damage, no crack, smooth
working etc. (Check by extending it fully).
12 Oil leakage should not be there in hydraulic part.
13 Registration number should be visible.
14 Working safe load indicator.
15 Front, Reverse horn should be in working condition.
16 Load Chart Available in Operator cabin.
17 First Aid Kit should be available in operator cabin (with in expiry date).
18 Fire Extinguisher available (in good condition, pressure within range)
19 Operator`s cabin and driver seat should be in good condition.
20 Reflective tape should be fixed at proper places.
21 Operator have valid and suitable license as per legal requirement.
