The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the only recognized professional body in India to
develop and regulate the profession of Company Secretaries in India. It is a premier national professional
body set up under an act of Parliament, the Company Secretaries Act, 1980. ICSI functions under the
jurisdiction of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The Institute provides top-quality
education to the students of Company Secretaries (CS) Course and best quality set standards to CS
Members. At present, there are more than 65,000 members and around 2.5 Lakhs students on the roll of
ICSI.

We are pleased to share that the registrations are now open for ICSI Commerce Olympiad 2023 for
students of Classes 11 and 12. Details are given below:

Registration Process:

Students can directly register on IOF portal at http://iof.education/students/default/login

Or go to IOF website www.iof.education and click on “Student Portal”.

Those students who had registered last year can directly Login to Student Portal using their Email ID and
Password and pay for this year Olympiads. If they forgot the password, they can use the option of “Forgot
Password” to reset a new password.

Benefits of direct registration by students:

•Students can register themselves and make the payment online.
•Students can Login to portal any time after registration and view their profile information like
Username, Password and Link for Online Olympiad.
•Students can view all the information like Date, Time, and Result etc. on portal.

Pattern of Online Olympiad:

ICSI Commerce Olympiad is an objective type examination of 60 minute’s duration comprising of 50

Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

Registration Fees:

• For Students Studying in India: Rs. 99 for ICSI Commerce Olympiad

• For Students Studying Outside India: USD 8 for each Olympiad
• FREE for Indian students whose parent was martyred during defence operations
