General – The Squing 2 and Rosemount 2100 series Transmitters are a vibrating fork liquid level switch. As the
tuning forks vibrate, they send a signal of the amount of liquid. As liquid comes into contact, it dampens the
tuning fork, which alters the output to match the amount of liquid.
Construction – The Squing 2 and Rosemount 2100 series Transmitters areconstructed from Aluminium ally
ASTM B26 356-T6 and is in two parts, a main body and lid. Te Body and lid are fixed together via a threaded
joint, which then has a lid retention bracket. The body has two M20 x 1.5 cable entries and a ¾ NPT thread for
a connection point for the vibrating fork probe. The probe that enters the material is 315 Stainless Steel and is
of welded construction
Ratings - The Squing 2 and Rosemount 2100 series Transmitters operate at 20-60 Vdc (2W) or 20 – 264 VAC.
The transmitters are rated for use in an ambient temperature range of -40°C of up to +150°C. The transmitter
probes are rated for use in a process temperature range of -70°C to +260°C. The max rated pressure is
100bar.

Non-incendive for Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C and D; T4 hazardous (classified) locations with an
ambient temperature rating of 0°C of up to 60°C.
TC-Standard Models:
General - The TC-6 sample gas chillers are intended to cool and dry the sample gas before going into the
gas analysers. Sample gases contain vapour which has to be withdrawn before it reaches the gas analyser.
The Gas flows through a heat exchanger (impinger) inserted into a cooling block. The latter then is cooled
to a preset temperature (5°C mostly).
Depending on the required cooling capacity the size of the heat exchanger and therefore chiller is chosen
and depending on the kind of gas to be cooled different heat exchanger materials are provided (stainless
steel, glass or PVDF).
A gas cooler (chiller) might be prepared for more than one heat exchanger. The cooling block is cooled by
different combinations of Peltier-elements. The temperature is sensed by an RTD.
Ratings - TC-Standard operate at 24VDC, 115 VAC or 230 VAC, selectable by ordering, with an ambient
temperature rating of 0°C of up to 50°C. and TC-MIDI and TC-Double Models operate at 115 VAC or 230 VAC,
selectable by ordering, with an ambient temperature rating of 0°C of up to 60°C.
