January 7, 2023.The Influence of Discipline, Work Environment and Motivation on Employee
Performance (Study at dr.Soeharsono Hospital, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan)

          This study aims to: (1) Test and analyze Discipline, Work Environment and Motivation affect employee
performance at Dr. Soeharsono Hospital, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan 2) Testing and analyzing the work
environment influences employee performance Dr. Soeharsono Hospital, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan   3)
Test and analyze motivation effect on employee performance at Dr. Soeharsono Hospital, Banjarmasin, South
Kalimantan  4). Discipline, Work Environment and Motivation  effect simultaneously on the performance of
employees atDr. Soeharsono Hospital, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan . This research was conducted on  Dr.
Soeharsono Hospital, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan . The method used is descriptive quantitative. The
population of this research is permanent employees at Dr. Soeharsono Hospital, Banjarmasin, South
Kalimantan  a sample of 39 respondents with techniquespurposive sampling, data collection techniques were
carried out by means of surveys and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS Version 25 For
Window program.
         The research results show: (1)Discipline positive and significant effect on employee performance Dr.
Soeharsono Hospital, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan  (2) Work environment positive and significant effect
on employee performance atDr. Soeharsono Hospital, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan   (3) Motivation has a
positive and significant effect on employee performance at Dr. Soeharsono Hospital, Banjarmasin, South
Kalimantan  (4) Discipline, Work Environment and Motivationeffect simultaneously on the performance of
employees atDr. Soeharsono Hospital, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan . The conclusion of this study is that it
is proven that there is a positive and significant influence partially on the Discipline variable on employee
performance, work environment and motivation on employee performance. And simultaneously from the variable,
Discipline, Work Environment and  effect simultaneously on the performance of employees at Dr. Soeharsono
Hospital, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan   .
