Rotating Equipment:

 Experience in single and multistage Horizontal and vertical centrifugal booster pumps with
mechanical seals and packing.
 Having maintenance experience of Ebara centrifugal vertical Pumps. (Capacity 42840 m3/Hr).
 Centrifugal oil booster pumps and dosing pumps with capacity 200 m3/Hr. (Fybroc Pumps)
 Reciprocating dosing pumps with working pressure up to 34 Kg/Cm2 (Plunger type).
 Rotary compressors such as Screw and Twin lobe blowers with various capacity and pressure.
 Having experience in Scanner Air Fan, Diverter Damper Seal Air Fan, F. D Seal Air Fan and
Degassing Fans also.

Seals and Bearings:

 Having experience in servicing, installing of mechanical seals from different manufacturers like
John Crane, leak proof and Dura metallic.
 Having experience in Dismantling and installing, clearance checking and adjusting in all kind of
thrust and radial bearings.

Alignment Experience:
 Having good experience in motor and pump alignment with the following methods:
(A) Reverse Indicator method.
(B) Rim and Face method.
(C) Graphical method.
And having experience in Belt Drives also.
Diesel Engine:
 Carry out the Corrective & Breakdown maintenance.
 Having experience in removing, cleaning & replacing lube oil filters, fuel filters, suction air filters.
 Attend the troubleshooting as per the manufacturer Manual.

Static Equipment:
 Working experience in 50 T/Hr 230 Deg C and 105 T/Hr, 180 Deg C HRSG Boiler (Heat Recovery
Steam Generation) with high pressure 30 Kg/Cm2 and low pressure 8 Kg/Cm2.
 Servicing and testing of safety valves in process and power plants.
 Working experience in U-Tube, Shell and tube and plate types such as cleaning, Hydro jetting,
Hydro Testing and plugging.
  Having Knowledge about welding pipes, storage tanks, vessels and also field pipeline coating
inspection & repair, non-destructive testing, leak surveys, valve servicing and other pipeline
remedial works.
 Having experience in DM plant.
 Having experience in changing of Diaphragms Valves in water, acid and caustic lines.
 Having maintenance experience in rousing of burners, dampers and valves.
 Having experience in overhead cranes and Hydraulic Racking machine.
