Vision
“You have to think big to be big.”

Vision is the gift of seeing clearly what may be. Vision expands our horizons. The more
we see, the more we can achieve; the grander our vision, the more glorious our
accomplishment. The courage to follow our dreams is the first step toward destiny.

A dream is a possible vision you have, and if you can dream it, you can most likely also
make it real.

If you dream of elves, trolls, and so forth, though, those can probably not be made
real… but who knows, we thought that thunder was thrown by gods not a long time ago.

And besides, we put our imaginations in books, movies, songs… and then they become
real.

What is the difference between a dream and a vision? A dream is based on your
biggest desires & long-term goals.

A vision is more narrowed down; a dream is what you work on till you reach it. A vision
is for 5-10 years…

They are almost the same.

Flying through the air, the lightbulb, lord of the rings, the smartphone… Those things
were first big dreams, and you would be labeled crazy by people for thinking this is a
possibility.

But those big dreams became a reality, and first happened in some average person’s
mind…

Think big to get big.

If you want to make millions - dream big!

A warning, though, you may realize that building wealth becomes your passion and that
money is not a priority anymore!

Attitude
“You cannot always control circumstances. But you can control your thoughts.”
-Charles E. Popplestone

Our attitude is not determined by circumstances but by how we respond to

circumstances. Our minds determine our attitude. We can respond positively or
negatively. It’s how we react to events, not the events themselves, that determines our
attitude.

Get rich or die trying.

That is an attitude you must embrace because nature or god wants you to have millions.

Evolution is inevitable, and if you consider the threat of AI, you must get those millions
to afford to be among the high class, which brain chips will enhance.

Of course, you can reject it and embrace nature, I personally would love to, but will you
reject evolution?

Do you want to be outclassed?

It is a tough decision to make.

But one thing is for sure; you have to get rich because otherwise, you will be among the
“useless class”. <- Let’s hope such a class of people will never exist.

Our natural intelligence will be considerably lower than those of the then-enhanced
elites; they will be the next step of evolution.

You want to have the ability to join or not, and that means money, a lot of money.

Consider it your holy duty to get rich, self-actualization is our highest need, and that’s
why we are at the top of the food chain.

Do you want to be a chimp? Of course not, but compared to those enhanced elites…
they will see us like that.

Concentration
“When every physical and mental resource is focused, one’s power to solve a
problem multiplies tremendously.”

Concentration is the magic key that opens the door to accomplishment. By focusing our
efforts on a single point, we achieve the most significant results. Concentrating on a few
primary goals, our efficiency soars, our projects are completed - we are going
somewhere.

Another word for concentration is focus.

Without concentrating on your goals for today, you will lose your direction, get lost in
distraction, and the quality of the work that you create will suffer.

You will lose time, and you will lose your mind to bullshit that doesn’t even matter.

All that matters is your dream; everything else is secondary.

Your family or partner is #1?

How will you be able to help them when your mind is full of chaos, and you barely have
money?

You won’t be able to help them as much as you could, and besides that, you fall victim
to the terror in your unfocused mind.

Laserfocus on your goal for the day, which leads to your goal for the week, which leads
to the goal of the month, which leads to the goal of this quarter, which leads to the goal
of this year, which leads to the 2-year goal, which leads towards the realization of your
dream.

Without a plan and focus, you will lose your path and work hard on secondary things
and lose your mind along the way.

Lifehack: Put your back against the wall by investing all of your money, no Plan-B.
Concentration will naturally ensue.

Confidence
“Confidence doesn’t come out of nowhere. It’s a result of something… hours and
days and weeks and years of constant work and dedication.”

The secret to becoming confident is preparation. By practicing, we come to the point of

competence. We find ourselves accomplishing our goals gracefully and confidently. It is
then that we do things that we never dreamed we could do. We discover powers we
never knew existed.

Confidence is the natural result of focusing on your dream, hard work, and trusting
yourself.

At first, there will be doubt you do not need to have because another human being
probably already realized your dream - unless it is an innovation.

This should already create confidence, but it will increase when you deeply
understand that nothing is impossible.

Creating worlds is impossible? Why do they exist then?

Your confidence will increase the more results you see based on your work, and if you
don’t, sit with the roadblocks, the problems as long as required, and then work hard to
solve them.

Thomas Edison famously failed to create the lightbulb 10000 times before it became a
reality.

We have consciousness; we are aware of ourselves, this means that we are intelligent,
more so than other beings.

Our imagination powers are unmatched. The Smartphone could have been created 1
billion years ago; since the beginning of existence, the materials were all there…

Trial and error, persistence, and research gave us the information required to combine
the materials to create the Smartphone.

If you lack confidence, focus on your dream, back it up with relentless and tireless
learning & work. Results and higher confidence will follow.

Cooperation
“I believe that you can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough
other people get what they want.”
-Zig Ziglar

We gain what we want through the help and support of others. To be agreeable, to be
liked, to cooperate - this contributes immeasurably to our success. When we coordinate
our efforts with the effort of others, we speed the way to our goals. Cooperation builds
success.

Achieving great things alone is certainly possible.

But it will be possible faster with a great team.

You need to learn how to find people that value learning as much as you do, that work in
your business, and connect with them.

Ambitious people usually learn a lot; when looking for new employees, ask them
questions to check their curiosity - a sign that they love to learn.

You can download it and adjust it according to your needs and goals.

Furthermore, your team is more important than your client/customer & money.

Why?

Because without your team, your business will go down, they deserve your sacrifice,
they deserve your mentorship & they deserve your empathy.

Always help them if they do not perform well and don’t threaten them; unless someone
blatantly wants to get fired, you don’t fire anyone.

You talk with your team more than with your family, unless you live at home.

So treat them accordingly; they are your friends and help you realize your vision.

Courage
“Victory becomes, to some degree, a state of mind. Knowing ourselves superior
to the anxieties, troubles, and worries which obsess us, we are superior to them.”

Courage is the power to face difficulties. It’s the opposite of being discouraged. Courage
comes from a reserve of mind more powerful than outside circumstances. When we are
bigger than our problems, we gain the courage necessary to win.

There is no such thing as fearlessness because the emotion of fear has its reason to
exist.

It helps us to survive by pumping adrenaline and cortisol into our body which sharpens
our senses.

There is no absence of fear. The word courage would not exist if we didn’t feel fear.

Courage is not the absence of fear. It is the willpower to face your fear despite the
bad feeling it gives you.

You can, however, decrease your fear by embracing it.

A great example would be David Goggins, the famous navy seal that hated water.

He spent tons of time in pools, diving, swimming, with weights attached to his legs,
every day for many hours, to gain confidence in the water.

I doubt that he still feels a lot of fear of water but instead treats it with the recommended
respect it deserves because it can be dangerous.

Getting millions is terrifying - fear of success is a thing because it means a lot of

change, responsibility, and stuff outside your comfort zone.

That is why you need courage when you start your business, lower the impact fear
has on you with the knowledge that millions of people have created successful
businesses.

And by reading this eBook, you are increasing your chances of success significantly
because you are learning what it takes to build a business. Respect!

Obsession
“Nothing has more strength than dire necessity.”
-Euripides

If properly used and understood, there is a key that will ensure the success of any
endeavor - the key is obsession. If we are willing to pay any price - even our
circumstances change. If we want something badly enough, we are sure to get it. If we
have the obsession, we have the power.

Obsession is being consumed by your dream.

“How to create obsession quickly?”

The formula to create obsession quickly regarding business and money is the following:
Invest all of your money.

You have no choice but to succeed; it will consume your mind quickly, which is
good.

“Necessity is the mother of invention.” -Plato

Necessity will lead to creativity, long hard work, and tons of learning in a short amount
of time because you have no other choice.

Financial risks are normal and necessary to build and grow your business.

You could tread carefully, but this won’t lead to much growth; incremental growth is not
how you make millions.

Obsession is the key to learning fast, working hard, focus and realizing your goals in the
physical realm quickly.

You need to look fear in the eye and act to attain the gift of obsession.

“But obsession is bad.”

Everything has negatives and positives.

People that make a lot of money focus on the positive and stay away from the
negative.

Excellence
“Do a little more each day than you think you possibly can.”
-Lowell Thomas

Going far beyond the call of duty, doing more than others expect - this is what
excellence is all about. And it comes from striving, maintaining the highest standards,
looking after the smallest detail, and going the extra mile. Excellence means caring - it
means making a special effort to do more.

What excellence is, is already explained in Lowell Thomas' quote.

Simply do more than is expected.

And that does not only include customers & clients.

Excellence is a lifestyle.

Once excellence becomes a part of life, you will do more for everyone, friends, family,
partner, customers, clients.

Have a favorite piece of music, a particular motion picture, painting, poem, design?

There was a lot of energy put into these things. That is what excellence is, a lot of work
put into something, so much, that it makes you proud.

In the world of business, this is called “overdelivering”.

In the world of art, it will lead to the creation of a “masterpiece”.

When talking about humanity, “we are the epitome of creation”.

It makes you stand out.

You start playing in the major league of focused energy application.

Honesty
“Sooner or later, everyone sits down to a banquet of consequences.”

Before us lie two paths - honesty and dishonesty, the shortsighted embark on the
dishonest path; the wise on the honest. For the wise know the truth: in helping others,
we help ourselves, and in hurting others, we hurt ourselves. Character overshadows
money, and trust rises above fame. Honesty is still the best policy.

If you are not honest with yourself and others, this will get back to you.

Cause and effect.

Everything you do will have a certain effect.

If you do a lot of good for others and yourself, you will get a lot of good back.

If you do many bad things, for example, lying a lot, you will certainly sit at that banquet
of consequences soon.

Also, people will realize when you are fake, speaking differently with different people is
not being fake. This is normal to get along.

You can be authentic even when adjusting to different situations.

Authenticity is sticking with your values, principles.

If you don’t and start lying, you are not authentic, and people will quickly see through
the facade.

And if you are not honest with yourself, you are deceiving yourself, and you will not
improve much.

Ignorance is the opposite of learning.

Imagination
“Try out your ideas by visualizing them in action.”

Seeing all the possibilities, seeing all that can be done, marks the power of imagination.
Our imagination is our own personal laboratory. Here we can recreate events, map out
plans, and visualize overcoming obstacles. Imagination shows us how to turn possibility
into reality.

We think in terms of pictures, not words.

Try out your dream/vision by visualizing them in action. Go through every step of the
money-making process and problem solve.

“How can I create a website with no capital?” <- Most people will give up there.

Sit with problems longer!

Think of solutions -> thinking is imagination. Thinking is making use of the greatest gift
on our planet - our intelligence!

You could also ask Google to help you with that question!

The internet is a double-edged sword. Make use of it to get to your dream, and you use
it successfully! Use it on autopilot, and it will hurt you.

Ignorance is not the way to go.

You will find the answer, and then you can continue to use your imaginative power to
think even further ahead, beyond that problem, until you encounter the next issue.

Be confident that problems will appear which you will not have prepared for, such is life.

But you can always count on the power of your mind (and Google) to solve problems
quickly!

And for your own sake, when you realize you are thinking negatively, change it to
positive thoughts. Because there is always negative and positive, always reframe
negatives into positives until it becomes a habit!

Love
“You will find as you look back upon your life that the moments that stand out,
the moments when you have really lived, are the moments when you have done
things in a spirit of love.”

Love is an essential ingredient of success. Without it, our life echoes emptiness. With it,
our life vibrates warmth and meaning. Even in hardship, love shines through. Therefore,
search for love. Once we have learned to love, we will have learned to live.

When you love something, you want to sacrifice for it.

Love in regards to obtaining money looks like this: You will sacrifice many things you
like to do because realizing your dream has become the most important thing.

And you will do almost everything to realize your dream.

Obsession, excellence, focus & persistence are all natural byproducts of putting
everything at stake to make your dream a reality.

As you see, investing all your money with no plan-b will create something similar to
love.

After a while, you will start to love this focus, the results, seeing your thoughts become a
reality…

The past will become what it is, and it will click in your head. It is history.

And history is something to learn from and then to forget.

You will love being in the zone, seeing your bank account grow, and realizing what you
are capable of.

And you just started.

You are beginning to imagine how much more you can accomplish & you start to realize
that the power of the human spirit also resides within you...

...and that you always had it!

Persistence
“History has demonstrated that the most notable winners usually encountered
heartbreaking obstacles before they triumphed. They won because they refused
to become discouraged by their defeats.”

The power to hold on despite everything, to endure - this is the winner’s quality.
Persistence is the ability to face defeat again and again without giving up - to push on in
the face of great difficulty. Persistence means taking pains to overcome every obstacle,
to do all that’s necessary to reach our goals.

If I had to select one thing that separates the successful from the unsuccessful, it would
be persistence.

Because if you do not quit, you will increase your chances significantly, especially if you
continue after failure.

Failure is a gift. People usually only see the negative, but remember the law of polarity.

There is an equivalent seed of opportunity for every failure, meaning a great

lesson to discover if you use your mind.

Keep persisting, even after significant setbacks, learn the lesson, and try again with the
great lesson you received from the “setback”.

It’s not even a setback when you think “properly” (meaning to think positive).

It’s a little scale of knowledge.

And success is all about learning, hard work, and not quitting.

Responsibility
“The ability to accept responsibility is the measure of the man.”

The power to fulfill our dreams is within each of us. We alone have the responsibility to
shape our lives. When we understand this, we know that nothing, and no one, can deny
us greatness. We are the ones pushing ourselves forward or holding ourselves back.
The power to succeed or fail is ours alone.

Once we accept that we are where we are today because of our thoughts (which
created our actions and emotions), we will realize the importance of controlling our
minds.

We have to take charge of our mind and control it.

Reframing all negative thoughts into positive thoughts is taking control of your mind. You
accept responsibility for it and do not let your mind terrorize you.

No more external locus of control.

We need an internal locus of control, which is controlling your mind.

You are responsible for what happens in your life.

“But I was born a slave in Africa”.

I am glad you are reading this then and have used the power of your mind to liberate
yourself and get out of there.

Escaping slavery can seem impossible, but there are chances to escape, as rare as
they are.

The dream of freedom and the power of pain will give you the energy to put your life at
stake for a better life, away from slavery.

Take charge of your mind, your life, back it up with learning, hard work, and you will
soon join the ranks of self-made millionaires.

Time Management
“A good plan, violently executed now, is better than a perfect plan next week.”

When you are “In the Zone” you lose track of time… sometimes for days. Time
management is critical when you start to build a team. There will be deadlines you all
have to meet, and they are essential to creating pressure northwards.

Your health will suffer as a consequence of being in the tunnel of ambition for a long
time.

I am willing to die for my dream.

Are you?

In any case, you will still have to watch your calendar to not miss any meetings,
deadlines, and appointments.

I highly recommend Google Calendar and connecting that with the Slack channel of
your online business.

Google Calendar can send you notifications to your Slack channel and Smartphone;
those are good notifications, as you can put the meeting, deadline, or appointment into
Google Calendar and forget it.

You will be notified early enough (you can even set when you receive the notifications).

Without time management, time will become your enemy. Make it your ally and
collaborate with it.

A system I highly recommend is called “Getting Things Done”.

Learn GTD, Google Calendar, and Slack & you will stay in control, do not let the sword
of ambition harm you.

Sacrifice
“Teamwork requires some sacrifice upfront; people who work as a team have to
put the collective needs of the group ahead of their individual interests.”

Leaders sacrifice. If you are, for example, not sacrificing what you want to do right now
to help your team, they will not respect you & you won’t inspire them. Performance will
decrease. Heroes sacrifice. You need to be a role model for your team.

Maybe you proudly call yourself an egoist, god or alpha or goddess or whatever.

Selfishness will get you burned, people will grow resentful, and they will make your life
harder.

Leaders sacrifice because they love their team. They have love in their hearts.
Without a team, it will be very challenging to create a multi-million dollar business.

Understanding this and seeing it happen might make you humble and have your team in
mind first.

It will make you a better human being. You will realize that not everyone is a cutthroat
person. That you can love and restore your faith in humanity.

Your mind will start to fill up with ideas on how you can help your team grow, help them
realize their dreams, make the work environment more positive for everyone, and
immediately help when someone on your team struggles.

As a leader, it is your responsibility to make sure that your team is happy, healthy,
and safe.

This could mean going into debt to make sure they get their money.

This could mean ending a live podcast that could immediately lead to a million-dollar
deal because someone from your team has died.

Leaders take responsibility & sacrifice for their team.

Hard Work
“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying,
sacrifice, and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.”

Hard work is required to get a lot of cash, and that will never change. But hard work
without learning the right things will not exponentially increase your profits. You have to
work hard and smart, and more so than anyone else & faster.

Combining hard work with learning the right things quickly by reading summaries with
focus and applying them immediately is a competitive edge that will lead to much faster
success.

Many people still read books, and sometimes that is required because the topic covers
too many things, but reading nonfiction books nowadays instead of their summaries is a
huge waste of time.

A topic like money, business, fitness does not need a 300-page book to be adequately
explained.

There is a saying that if you cannot explain it to someone with a low IQ, you do not
understand it well enough.

Making millions is simple. People are getting rich with shit - literally.

Have a dream, create a plan, invest all your money and energy into it, learn the
right things quickly, have a sick work ethic, build a great team & never quit - you
will succeed.

Why are there so many books with over 300 pages to explain this shit?

The only books that should have so many and more pages are fiction books.

The intelligent individual will read relevant summaries, apply the lessons quickly, and
work 14 hours per day until the dream is realized.

And don’t worry about how to work this many hours. Invest all your cash, and
fear will become the best motivator you ever had.

Understanding
“The present contains nothing more than the past, and what is found in the effect
was already in the cause.”

The quote means that if you live in a lovely apartment, you did what you had to do to get
into this great apartment. It also means that you won’t have much money if you don’t
care about money.

Emerson said that the law of cause and effect is “the law of laws”.

Once you fully understand the laws of the universe, the ones we have discovered so far,
you will be able to act according to these laws, and the “universe” will reward you.

The law of attraction, which is another law of the universe, might sound like “hippy
speak”.

It just means that you will attract how and what you think. It is basically under the
law of cause and effect.

“If you think shit, you gon feel shit; you gon do shit, you gon attract shit.”

“If you think positive, you gon feel positive; you gon do positive, you gon attract
positive.”

CBT, cognitive behavioral therapy is basically that. Adjusting your thoughts will affect
your body, emotions & behavior (and they all affect each other).

Adjusting your thoughts you can do immediately & is free.

Growing in understanding through learning the right things quickly will skyrocket your
confidence.

I didn’t list hope, faith, or belief in this eBook because understanding that people get
tons of money all around you and that they are human just like you is enough proof to
know that you can get millions as well, no hope, faith, or belief required.

Understanding things leads to confidence & certainty, which is superior to hope,

faith, or belief.

The Importance of Money

Money is an essential thing in everyone’s life.

Basically, it is just a piece of paper, but what will you do without money? Steal? Hunt?

You need money to realize most of your dreams, and if it is not required, it will
undoubtedly help.

And the more money you have, the better your life will be.

Many people say that money cannot buy happiness; then I wonder how they purchase
their happiness - for example, in the form of alcohol, party, vacations, a roof over their
head, and food?

Happiness is not a state you live in all the time anyway. Why put such a premium on it?

Being in the zone daily is much better, generates money when you build a business,
and will ensure that you will live an above-average life.

You will be able to purchase more freedom, take better care of your family, get access
to experts, the best knowledge, the best healthcare, realize your dreams, and so much
more.

All because you understand the importance of money.

Wanting to build a successful business is the logical conclusion when you understand
that money is the key to a great life.

Not only will you be able to help yourself, but you will also be able to provide for your
whole family, create generational wealth & help society (I send money to the local
animal shelter in my city every month).

Having tons of money is good for your health, will increase your overall life satisfaction,
and give you access to things you would otherwise not be able to have access to.

Managing Money

Just because someone famous or the government said it, doesn’t mean that they know
everything and are right.

According to Seneca, ambition or greed is a curse.

It can be, but Seneca is missing something fundamental, that everything has a
negative and positive.

Ambition can turn into greed if you let it. Is greed bad? If you harm others and do bad
with it, then yes, indeed ambition & greed are bad.

However, if you use your ambition to enrich your life, improve the lives of others and
society, then it’s certainly remarkable.

Besides, having tunnel vision on the road to your dream is enormously satisfying.

I repeat it here to invest it all, to fuel your business in good faith.

If you want more, invest it all in the knowledge that cause and effect will drive you to do
what is necessary, then you will gain a lot, based on the law of compensation.

The law of compensation states that you will be compensated for your actions. Similar
to the law of cause and effect, what you sow, you shall reap.

Think that money is hard to come by, and you need to hold onto it? I’d bet you
never get money. Saving only makes sense to prepare for investments and transitions.

What would happen if you had savings for an entire year? Do you think you would still
be obsessed, driven by necessity, focused, and energized?

At max you should have savings for a month which you never touch unless it is an
emergency.

And by the way, reduce or eliminate all expenses, which are not fueling your dream.

The more money votes you gather, the better you are doing, as simple as that.

However, if you make a large amount of money by harming others, prepare yourself to
lose most of it very soon, end in jail, or get killed.

Not everyone gets caught, of course, but the law of compensation will make sure justice
will be served, and in the case of harming others and not being found, it will be constant
paranoia.

What is money worth if you harm others and can’t even enjoy it?

What your company gathers in money votes tells you more than just how good you and
your team have become in accumulating money.

If you are building an ethical business with the vision of making the world a better place,
money votes will mean that people like your company and what you offer.

You are doing an excellent job at managing everything or better, that you are a great
leader, and that your team loves to work with you.

Growing profits means that your business has a great potential for massive
success.

Tons of money is all around you. The house you sit in did cost a lot of money, which
someone or multiple people paid for to build.

Money is everywhere. You simply have to think, learn and work towards getting
more of it.

If you remember the example from above, some people created a million-dollar
business by selling feces.

Why aren’t you a millionaire? Simply answer, you are not putting all of your energy into
attaining a lot of money.

If you would concentrate all of your energy on getting it, you will get it, without a doubt,
because other people got it as well by simply focusing on it.

Don’t be intimidated by statistics, which say that 90% of businesses fail.

If someone makes millions by selling shit, is that then luck?

Think again. Most people are simply not millionaires because they are either not
learning the relevant things, not working hard enough or they quit too soon, and in most
cases, a combination of all of those…

If they understood that all rich people learn until they die, work hard until they
die, and never stop doing that until they die, they would get millions as well.

But they failed to extract this formula, which is the secret in Napoleon Hills’ book “Think
and Grow Rich” because there is too much information.

This is also a reason why I keep eBooks shorts. I will not waste your time and I explain
it as clearly and straightforwardly as possible for you.

Controlling Your Mind

It is proven that most of our thoughts are negative. This is called “the negative bias”.

If you want to make millions, you will have to control your mind. You will repel intelligent
and hard-working people with negativity.

So how do you take control of your mind, which is depressed by design when not
controlled? You need a dream. You already got that!

Learn everything from the past, and every time your mind drifts there, shift back
to thinking about your dream immediately.

Practice reframing the negatives into positives. This is not deluding yourself; everything
has a negative and positive.

Thinking about the past or allowing your brain to continue in that direction would be
stupid. That is how you practically control your mind.

A dream, learning from the past, then when your mind wanders there, refocus on your
dream, reframe negative thoughts into positive thoughts and go all in to create the
necessity which will “hack” your brain to worry about money and getting it

Even though fear is there, you will still receive notable positives from going all-in (do not
forget the law of polarity, there is always a negative and positive) - you will be in the
zone, feel alive, and you will focus on what you truly want - the realization of your
dreams!

And controlling your mind is one of the best things you will have ever learned.

Because no matter how fucked up your life might be right now, by knowing that you are
the master of your fate and the captain of your soul, you will be able to ride the ups and
downs of life without them affecting you too much.

Controlling your mind and focusing it on the attainment of money will ensure that
you will get it.

In the beginning, you will work every waking hour, and it will be chaotic because the
focus you will gain is fantastic.

But after hiring your first team member full time, you will have to start sticking to a sleep
schedule.

Or you stay up two days in a row, and that is how I roll. Certainly not healthy, but I am
ready to die to make the dreams of my team become a reality.

In any case, millionaires wake up early and sleep early.

They often wake up with determination, no wonder when you go all-in.

After all, this is fun, which you will also realize after a while of going all in.

Investing in a good mattress, pillow, and sheets is absolutely worth it. It made a
massive difference for me.

Sitting all the time will make your back hurt after a while; it is important to stretch every
day for at least 20 minutes. This will also help you to fall asleep and wake up early.

Lifehack to wake up early: Put your alarm clock at the end of the room and place a
cup of coffee next to it, ex it.

Even if you go back to sleep, the urge to go to the bathroom won’t let you sleep.

When you go into the bathroom, splash ice-cold water into your face.

All that combined will improve your sleep and wake you up early -> the first win of the
day to help you get into the zone.

Nutrition & Sports

This is common sense but worth repeating, eat healthily and do sports regularly.

This does not mean you have to count your macros and hit the gym every day.

But make sure you eat whole foods and work out every day for 45 minutes.

I recommend doing your workout 3 hours before you sleep because you won’t
need your brain to work out.

Your brain needs lots of energy to focus on getting good work done and solving
problems.

And after the workout, you will paradoxically be energized again to get another 2 hours
of work in and prepare for the next day.

Skip breakfast as it will slow you down, have a nice complete meal in the afternoon and
after your workout.

Eat a small dessert to get some sugar, which will give you a good amount of energy.

1-2 bananas are perfect for that.

Smart millionaires hire a full-time personal nutritionist and personal trainer.

You don’t need that though:

• Skip breakfast, eat 2 meals with a small dessert in the afternoon and after the workout.
• Workout 45 minutes 3 hours before you go to sleep.
• Stretch 20 minutes per day.

All this combined will create a powerful impression.

It is so powerful that people get scammed by fake rich people because they are
impressed by their suit, standing in front of a rented Ferrari.

However, you need to read things related to what you are doing & where you want to
go.

After a while of going all-in, you will not only love doing business, but you will
start to love giving.

You don’t even need much money to do it, but the more you have, the more you can
give to people.

Sending flowers to your mother, buying a car for employees, a house for your
grandfather…

How to get love into your heart?

Think love, how would you feel giving a loved person a financial statement…

You fully paid for a house for that loved person, can you imagine their reaction?...

Embrace that feeling.

towards a damn great future.

But you need a plan. After you have a dream, you need to create a plan to make it a
reality. However, it doesn’t end there; the super-rich have many plans, constantly
adjusting them.

Not only for themselves, but they have yearly, quarterly & monthly plans for their team,
family, and so forth.

If you are not planning, you fail by design.

Divide your plans into smaller steps. This is also how you design workflows.

Example: Make 1 million in a year with your team.

• Make the first 10.000 in 2 months

• Make 50.000 in 4 months
• Make 150000 in 6 months
• Make 300000 in 8 months
• Make 490000 in 12 months with

Of course, it needs to be more detailed than that, but dividing your goal into multiple
steps makes it seem more manageable, and you will see results more quickly. It also
shows you that if you are not on track, you will have to problem-solve, find solutions,
and so forth.

Plan, Plan, Plan!

space and time for that.

Bill Gates takes a 2 week break every year just for that.

You can also take tactical breaks to get inspired, do some deep learning, or
lowkey spy on your team to see how well they are doing without you.

Or to actually force yourself to take a break because your fingers hurt and the skin at
your fingertips has turned to rocks.

When even your mechanical keyboard is crying, you should of course replace this
whiney piece of ;)

No, seriously, if you do not recognize yourself in the mirror anymore, force yourself to
take a break, and if you cannot wait to go back to work anymore, use it to get inspired or
do some deep learning.

Do this outside in an inspirational place.

What you need to get your business started is a computer or laptop.

It is much better to have a stationary computer than it is to have a laptop because

computers are simply faster.

A smartphone or tablet is most often not enough to build a successful business.

If you can afford it, I highly recommend getting a powerful stationary computer and a
giant monitor.

Not necessary; however, I still highly recommend it.

You will get things done faster and see more things at once, which is a huge advantage.

I recommend a 32-inch monitor.

For a strong stationary computer, I recommend one without a powerful graphics card,
but only if you don’t work with designs/videos.

I bought my computer eight years ago, and it is still speedy and powerful because I
spend a lot of money on it.

Paradoxically, the improvements for home computers are minimal yet cost a lot more.

For 2021 I recommend the following:

• Any 6 core processor
• 16 gigabytes of ram
• An SSD hard drive with 512 gigabytes of space
• A high-end graphics card created in 2019.

If you know how to put a computer together yourself, I highly recommend building it
yourself to save money.

Internet

A fast and stable internet connection is an undervalued asset. You don’t need it to be
quick, though.

You want to access information and download things super quickly.

A better internet connection will not cost you much more and give you a
considerable return on investment.

I also highly recommend using an ethernet cable to access the internet and not a
wireless internet connection.

Wireless internet connections are unstable, and when you are entirely in the zone, you
do not want to lose your connection.

Simply connect the router with your computer via an ethernet cable. They do not cost
much.

Your download speed, upload speed, and internet stability will increase significantly,
which increases your productivity rate.

You will simply make money faster with a strong computer, larger monitor and a reliable
and fast internet connection.

If you can afford it, and you don’t already have those things, I highly recommend that
you invest in them.

Who will get more done faster? The person with the laptop and wireless internet
connection, or the person with the large monitor, strong computer & stable and fast
internet connection?

Upgrade if you can, depending on what you bought, you will reach the investment
return within three months maximum.

Capital

You do not need much cash to start your online business.

If you have a laptop or a computer and an internet connection, you will only need 120
USD later to purchase webspace and a domain.

Webspace is required to buy the space to put website data in, and the domain is the
address where people find that data.

And it doesn’t cost much.

But a business will require a lot of time, and you don’t want to work 9-5 anymore.

So you can choose to start becoming a freelancer or work on your business on the side
of your 9-5 job, which I do not recommend.

This eBook will take the smarter route, quitting the 9-5 and becoming a freelancer first.

You can do freelancing on the side, of course, but because I wrote that you can
replicate what I did, I will describe it here, as I have personally gone through all the
steps & took the hard way.

You don’t need any savings to do this, but you should reduce your expenses and live
like a poor person.

I quit the 9-5, took welfare, and built my business while the government was pressuring
me, and being pressured by the government is no fun.

But it forced me to succeed, and I succeeded quickly.

You can quit your 9-5 tomorrow and make enough to live in 1 month. Sounds
outrageous? It is, but not impossible.

You need no savings and no capital to begin building your online business.

Offline Environment

Do everything that you can to reduce or get rid of all distractions in your environment.

Sell things you don’t need, throw away the trash, clean your entire apartment.

Noise and drama are certainly distractions in every city. To counter this, I recommend
that you get good earplugs and a good headset.

They don’t cost much.

You need to get rid of as many offline distractions as possible; whatever it is,
reduce, sell, throw away.

It is worth moving to a calmer environment if you can afford it.

This requires courage, just as building a business does.

This must be done, as distractions, drama, noise will all cost you time, nerves, and
ultimately energy.

And following my process will take all of your energy, but do not worry about it; building
a business will always require all of your energy if you want to make it successful.

Going all in is required. You will love it after a while!

However, you will have to reduce the energy you lose to distractions.

Reducing your offline distractions is necessary.

Online Environment

You must treat your online environment the same way, block, filter, uninstall.

There are too many distractions online, notifications, social media, video games, spam,
ads & so many other things which will distract you if you let them.

You will have to uninstall everything you don’t need, unsubscribe from things you don’t
need.

Install adblockers, block websites, block spam emails, and everything you know that is
not good for you and distracts you.

You will need extreme focus and energy, and all those bad things want your attention
and energy.

Don’t let them.

If you have websites or tools you know aren’t good for you, block them with FocusMe.

Reducing and eliminating your offline and online environment distractions will
give you a lot of your time and energy back.

Any too negative person that has not yet learned to reframe negatives into positives,
you need to teach about reframing or get rid of them.

Such people will distract you.

Hurt you.

Steal time.

And cause trouble for you that you do not even want to participate in.

It is much better to be alone than to be surrounded by toxic people.

Once you focus on building the business, being alone is no big deal, all your
thoughts will be on making it successful.

By quitting your 9-5 immediately, you will have to sink or swim, focusing your mind,
making you work very hard and learn very fast.

Get rid of all online & offline distractions; this means people as well.

Once you focus on the business long enough, you will find positive people that will join
your journey. Usually, they will be your first employees! :)

Oh, and tell good people in your life that you will focus on the business. If they don’t
support you, it will tell you a lot about them.

You know what to do then.

If you don’t have a bank account, it does not mean that it is impossible to execute my

You could use the bank account of your parents for example.

Also, if any freelancing platform does not allow your country on their platform, use a
VPN or simply work on another Freelancing platform.

And if that doesn’t work, don’t give up, never give up. You will always encounter
problems.

You will become a great problem solver.

Perseverance is simply not giving up, solving problems, and going all in.

Everything that exists is possible to create.

Since the beginning of time, it has been possible to create computers; we just didn’t
know how to do it yet.

So do not give up and have certainty that it will work, because others with the same
problem have become millionaires...

I highly recommend you adjust my method to your situation; after all there is no formula
for making millions. It is a framework.

Back to my situation, I just quit my 9-5, took welfare, and received intense government
pressure. I went all-in, reduced all my expenses to the bare minimum, and ate oats with
water, noodles, some cheap meat, and nothing else for months to have money to invest
into books.

How long did it take me to make the first money ever online without knowing how to do
that?

2 weeks.

Within 3 months I made 1400 €, that is 466 Euros per month.

Rent, electricity, internet, oats, noodles, low-quality meat, and that was it, I lived in the
goddamn hood.

When you go all in, you get the compensation of necessity -> obsession, motivation &
tons of energy. Your survival instincts will work in your favor.

What can you expect? Everything and nothing.

It depends on you.

Now here is my method: You will become a freelancer, learn business by doing it
yourself first, and when you make enough money, you will sell what you have learned

Now you might have doubts “I don’t have any online skills”.

Everyone was once a newbie in something.

That is why millionaires always learn new things, you cannot know everything, and there
will be problems that you will not have thought about, such is life!

You will sign up on Upwork and work as a virtual assistant.

That is where you will work. If you cannot work there because it banned your country,
find another platform and try a VPN.

What makes a good virtual assistant? They know how to use basic software like Google
Docs, Google Slides, Slack. They are friendly and learn things fast.

If this already creates doubt and makes you think, “I can’t do this” then you are
unrealistic.

There are tons of virtual assistants, and we landed on the moon. This is not hard
to learn. You will not die by going all in.

Now I will describe how to do this successfully, but I will not explain every step down to
its detail because the website and methods will be updated at some point.

The best way to communicate is via Slack.

Slack is great because you can connect many Apps with it, pin items in the header, add
bookmarks with icons, screen share and schedule video meetings with Google
Calendar and so much more…

You need to create files that display the values, vision, culture, long-term goals,
quarterly goals, monthly goals, hierarchy & work schedule.

And you will need to update them every month.

I also highly recommend holding a meeting every week to discuss performance, if you
guys are getting close to the monthly goals & if there are problems.

Also, gather feedback on how they feel and help them.

It is crucial to make your team feel psychologically safe because then they will
absolutely perform at their best.
