LAND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES

The LMB is mandated to administer, survey, manage,

disposable are subject to private acquisition (Chap
II, Sec 6-10, PLA).
The DENR has direct executive control of surveys
and shall issue such rules and regulations relative
thereto (sections 4-5, PLA).
The DENR and LRA have concurrent jurisdiction
over simple subdivision of "registered lands" (PD
1529).
