Assisting mentees in self-discovery to determine their career path after graduation. By
gaining a deeper understanding of themselves, mentees can independently choose the
type of career they want after graduation and start preparing for it now.

Empowering mentees to discover and consider diverse career paths including
management trainee, non-management trainee, pursuing advanced studies, or
entrepreneurship. The mentor shares their personal journey and experience
to guide and inspire mentees through the decision-making process.

Empowering students with the knowledge of how HR departments assess CVs
(Curriculum Vitae). Providing insider tips on crafting a standout CV.
Demonstrating best practices through sample CV reviews to equip mentees with
the skills to create a compelling CV.

Sharing insights on the company's selection process from the perspective of a
mentor with a background in Human Resources (HR) and mentors who have
experience as both candidates and users within the company.

Preparing mentees for the professional world by providing them with insights on
Work and Career how to adapt and succeed in their new work environment. This session on
adaptation covers both factory and non-factory settings, ensuring that mentees
Growth & Ethics are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their careers.

The mentor will share their experiences on how to build a successful career in a
company and educate mentees on the essential workplace ethics. Mentees will
gain insights on what to do and avoid, enabling them to prepare and thrive in
their future careers.

through case studies and encouraging them to apply logic and critical thinking under the guidance of mentors.

• Each group will have two consultation sessions or receive assistance from their mentor to get directions.
• The mentee groups will present their proposed solutions to the mentors for assessment during the 6th week.
• The mentee groups with the best solutions, as determined by the mentors, will be awarded cash prizes.
1 on 1 Mentoring
Mentees have the opportunity for one-on-one mentoring with their preferred mentor to have
discussions, Q&A sessions, and counseling. This facility is intended for mentees who want
to gain deeper insights into personal or specific industries and job roles from their mentors.

During Weeks 2 to 5, mentees can participate in 1-on-1 mentoring with their preferred mentor based on the following guidelines:
• Mentees are required to schedule a time for the 1-on-1 mentoring session with the committee.
• The timing of the session will be determined based on the availability of the chosen mentor.
• The 1-on-1 mentoring sessions are conducted privately, but mentees can choose to have a joint session with up to three mentees (1-
