ULTRASOUND HEPATOBILIARY SYSTEM

The liver is normal in size and contour. It shows mild diffusely increased echogenicity
in keeping with fatty infiltration. No focal hepatic lesion is seen.
There is no biliary ductal dilatation and the common duct measures 3 mm in diameter.
The gallbladder wall is not thickened. No gallstone is seen.

The imaged pancreas is unremarkable.

The spleen measures 8.1 cm with no focal splenic lesion. 

IMPRESSION:
Mild fatty liver with no focal hepatic lesion.
