For this discussion I chose the Levis Strauss Jean company.

This company does list all 3

components of the Triple Bottom Line. They say people are the center of their success. From
their employees to the people who buy their products. They have worked to reduce energy,
water, chemicals as well as other materials in their industry for the planet. They put a lot of work
into their products therefore giving them the profit.

The Levis Strauss company has a Well thread, Water<Less, and a Waste<Less line they have
released. They use recycling operations to make these clothing lines. For Example, for their
Waste<Less line they use 20% recycled materials which is about- Eight 12 to 20 ounce plastic
bottles per garment. From what I have read I do believe they are honest about all they are doing.
I believe they genuinely care about people and the planet. This is why their sustainability
strategy is so strong.
