1. Scope of present condition: As per site scenario, we have understood that, there are
several types of activities like material sorting, material carrying, material inventory with
location, marking, drilling work, erection work.
2. Production of present condition: We can’t do the erection work smoothly due to some
parallel works at site like material sorting, material carrying, material inventory with
location. This is because the production amount seems poor at the end of the day. The
average production for last 03 days is approximately 400.00 Kg (only day shift). The
production will be much higher like 700.00~800.00 Kg/day shift if there will be no
ancillary work (like material sorting, material carrying, material inventory with location).

If there will be any overtime scope, then the production will be approximately
1,000.00~1,100.00 Kg (Day shit & overtime combinedly) with the same team.

 3. Difficulties: Currently we are working at hanger portion & its weight is higher than the
supporting structural member like bracing, plate, U-Clamp, floor plate, secondary beam,
ladder, hand rail. The daily production will be decreased when we will start all sort of
supporting structural member works.

We have received one forklift from your end; however, we didn’t do any work by using
your forklift due to height coverage issue of the forklift.

REQUIREMENT FOR 02 (TWO) TON PRODUCTION

1. Client will ensure the total production volume of erection works/team, then we will
analysis the further team required or not.
2. We need more logistics support (Scissor Lift = 03 Nos, Forklift = 02 Nos) for getting
more production. But in that case, you need to ensure the working environment as
well as working scope at site.
3. We need to mobilize more manpower for getting 02 (Two) ton production/day. The
manpower and logistics support requirement are given below:

Note: We can’t demobilize our team within 03~04 months after starting the work so client need
to ensure minimum 01 year working scope for Infinitas Engineering as we have agreed our team
at the same manner.
