This switch controls whether to enable the frequency selective
scheduling function. This switch enables users to transmit data on the
frequency band with good channel quality. This parameter only
applies to FDD and TDD.

MOD
CELLALGOSWITCH:LOCALCELLID=X,DLSCHSWITCH=FreqSelSwit
ch-1;

When the switch is off, when the PUCCH power control detects DTX,
the eNB does not process the SINR measured in the DTX state; when
the switch is on, when the PUCCH power control detects DTX, the
eNB still processes the measured SINR, and generates a successful
control command word and sends it to UE. This parameter only
applies to FDD and TDD.

MOD
CELLALGOSWITCH:LOCALCELLID=X,ULPCALGOSWITCH=Pucch
PcDtxSinrSwitch-1;

This parameter represents the CQI cycle adaptive switch. If set to ON,
the CQI period is configured adaptively according to the air interface
load of the cell; if it is set to OFF, the CQI period is configured by
UserCqiPeriod. This parameter only applies to FDD and TDD.

When the CQI cycle adaptive switch is turned off, a fixed configuration
is used. This parameter indicates the CQI cycle in the fixed
configuration, and only takes effect when the CQI cycle adaptive
switch is turned off. When the UserCqiPeriod configuration value is
2ms, for TDD cells, the value of the cell automatic modification is
5ms. This parameter only applies to FDD and TDD.

MOD
CELLCQIADAPTIVECFG:LOCALCELLID=X,CQIPERIODADAPTIVE=
OFF,USERCQIPERIOD=ms160;
This parameter controls the aperiodic CQI resource configuration and
aperiodic CQI reporting trigger of the handover user. This parameter is
set to ON, and aperiodic CQI resources are configured in the
handover command. For users without periodic CQI configuration, an
aperiodic CQI report is triggered when there is a downlink service after
the handover is completed; this parameter is set to OFF, and it is not
configured in the handover command. For aperiodic CQI resources,
the aperiodic CQI configuration is performed after the handover is
completed. This parameter only applies to FDD and TDD.

MOD

SWITCH=ON;

This parameter is used to control whether the CQI optimization

algorithm on PUCCH and PUSCH is enabled.

PUSCH CQI false detection algorithm switch: This parameter is used

to control whether the associated CQI false detection algorithm on
PUSCH is enabled. When the switch is turned on, it means that the
optimization algorithm of PUSCH associated CQI false detection is
turned on, which can effectively reduce the probability of CQI false
detection (the UE does not send CQI, but the eNodeB detects CQI);
when the switch is turned off, it means that the PUSCH associated
CQI false detection is turned off optimization. This parameter only
applies to FDD and TDD.

PUCCH CQI false detection algorithm switch: This parameter is used

to control whether the PUCCH CQI false detection algorithm is
enabled. When the switch is turned on, it indicates that the PUCCH
CQI false detection algorithm switch is turned on; when the switch is
turned off, it indicates that the PUCCH CQI false detection algorithm
switch is turned off. This parameter only applies to FDD and TDD.

Impact on wireless network performance: The larger the parameter

setting is, the larger the single-codeword or double-codeword CQI
reporting value of some terminals will be, and the greater the Rank2
ratio will be; the smaller the parameter setting, the single-codeword or
double-codeword CQI reporting The smaller the value, the lower the
Rank2 ratio.

When this parameter is modified to a non-zero value, the reported

value of CQI/Rank may be inconsistent with the downlink channel
quality, and downlink MCS and bit errors may change, affecting
downlink user perception rate and cell throughput.

When the "User Signaling MCS Enhancement Switch" is turned off,

when this parameter is modified to a non-zero value, the call drop
rate, access success rate, and handover success rate are not
affected. The "User Signaling MCS Enhancement Switch" is enabled.
When the actual value of this parameter is greater than 0, it may have
a negative impact on the KPI of the signaling plane.

The smaller this parameter is set, the faster the PUCCH power
adjustment, but the higher the probability of billiard adjustment; the
larger the parameter is set, the slower the PUCCH power adjustment,
but the lower the probability of billiard adjustment.

MOD CELLPCALGO:LOCALCELLID=X,PUCCHPCPERIOD=1;

The smaller this parameter is set, the smaller the PUCCH power of
users in this cell is, and the smaller the PUCCH interference to other
users in this cell and the users in neighboring cells; The greater the
PUCCH interference with neighboring cell users.
MOD

This parameter indicates the dynamic adjustment switch of the

number of OFDM symbols occupied by the PDCCH. If set to OFF, it
means that the symbol adaptation is off, and the number of available
symbols for the PDCCH of the system is fixed; if it is set to ON, it
means that the symbol adaptation is enabled, and the system adjusts
the number of PDCCH symbols according to the CCE requirements of
the PDCCH. The MML help of "Number of Symbols"; when set to
ECFIADAPTIONON, it means that the enhanced symbol adaptation is
turned on, and the system optimally adjusts the number of PDCCH
symbols based on the downlink throughput rate. For the dynamic
adjustment range of the number of symbols, refer to the MML help of
the parameter "Number of PDCCH Initial OFDM Symbols". When the
sub-switch EMTC_SWITCH of the EmtcAlgoSwitch parameter in
CellEmtcAlgo is turned on and the value of the startSymbolBR-r13 cell
changes due to the modification of this parameter, the eMTC users
that have been connected in the cell will be actively released. This
parameter only applies to FDD and TDD.

If P0NominalPUCCH is set too high, it will increase the interference of

neighboring cells and reduce the throughput of the entire network; if
P0NominalPUCCH is set too low, it will reduce the interference to
neighboring cells, but it will reduce the throughput of this cell.

When the switch is turned on, the UE is triggered to enter the DRX
state, the UE will save more power, and the network performance
impact is limited by the DRX parameter configuration. This parameter
does not take effect when dynamic DRX (only applicable to LTE) is
enabled.

MOD DRX:DRXALGSWITCH=OFF;

CQI reliability optimization switch: When the switch is on, more falsely
detected CQIs can be identified in interference scenarios and filled
with historical CQI values; when the switch is off, the falsely detected
CQIs will not be identified. This parameter only applies to FDD and
TDD.

CQI false detection optimization switch in DRX: when the switch is

turned on, the CQI value detected during the operation of the
DrxInactivityTimer triggered by SR false alarms is not counted into the
performance indicators; when the switch is turned off, the CQI values
detected during the operation of the DrxInactivityTimer triggered by
SR false alarms Values are also counted in performance metrics.

NO_ADAPTIVE (fixed configuration), OL_ADAPTIVE (open loop

adaptive), CL_ADAPTIVE (closed loop adaptive), OC_ADAPTIVE
(open and closed loop adaptive)

There are four options for the MIMO mode adaptation type parameter
in the multi-antenna eNodeB, including:

Fixed configuration mode: Configure the MIMO mode according to the

fixed MIMO mode selection parameters, but will not trigger switching
between MIMO modes.

Open loop adaptive mode: The terminal only reports RANK and CQI,
but does not report PMI.

Closed-loop adaptive mode: In addition to RANK and CQI, the

terminal also needs to report PMI.
Open and closed loop adaptation mode: Configure the terminal to
switch between open loop adaptation and closed loop adaptation. This
parameter only applies to FDD and TDD.
