Subject: Urgent Request for E-commerce Faculty for B.Com Final Year Students

Dear Sir,

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We, the students of
B.Com Final Year (Batch 2022-23) at Beena Vaidya Degree College, wish to bring
an urgent matter to your attention.

As you are aware, our final semester is currently underway, and we are set to
complete our B.Com degree in just 20 days. However, we are facing a significant
challenge that has been persisting since the beginning of the semester.
Unfortunately, our class has been deprived of an E-commerce faculty from day one
of the final semester.

The absence of a dedicated E-commerce lecturer has put us in a difficult situation.

E-commerce is a crucial subject in the commerce stream, and its absence affects all
of us studying B.Com final year. We understand that circumstances may have led to
this situation, but as responsible student’s eager to learn and succeed, we believe
that having a qualified faculty member for E-commerce is of utmost importance.

Despite numerous discussions and pleas with both you, Principal and MD
Madam, we have yet to receive any response or solution to address this pressing
issue. We are now left with only 20 days to complete our final semester, and the lack
of proper guidance in the E-commerce subject has put us at a disadvantage.

Therefore, we earnestly request your immediate attention and intervention in

resolving this matter. Our future and academic performance are at stake, and we
believe that every student deserves the opportunity to receive comprehensive
education in all subjects of their course.

We kindly request that you take the necessary steps to provide a qualified and
experienced E-commerce faculty to our class at the earliest. This would allow us to
have the same advantages and learning opportunities as other B.Com final year
students.

We hope you understand the urgency of our situation and consider our plea with
utmost seriousness. Your timely action will not only alleviate our predicament but
also reinforce our belief in the college's commitment to quality education and student
welfare.
