Job profile: Supply Chain Quality Process Design

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. To understand the End to End fresh fruits value chain
2. To understand the problems in the End to End process and solve for quality
preservation and quality upgradation.
3. To identify the process inefficiencies in the supply chain, propose and implement
corrections to add value.
4. To plan, design and execute End to End supply chain process
5. To coordinate with cross functional teams to document and implement process
improvements and also track efficacy of the processes.
6. To implement continual process improvements ensuring quality assurance along
with a sense of economic viability.

Key Qualifications:
Freshers from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutions
0-3 years experience in Start-up, FMCG, E-commerce or Consulting experience
While this role involves an element of strategizing, we expect candidates to have an
ear to the ground, get their hands dirty, and solve real problems.
