ORIENTATION ON ESTABLISHING HOME LEARNING SPACES AND

DISTRIBUTION OF HOME LEARNING PACKAGES CUM TURN-OVER OF
DONATION OF BEARBRAND AND METROBANK FOUNDATION

1. Relative to the DepEd Memorandum No. OULAPP No. Q-484 s. 2021 entitled
Participation in the Conduct of Series of Activities on the Orientation and Pilot
Implementation on Establishing Home Learning Spaces in the Division Level, this
Office through Social Mobilization and Networking Section of SGOD announces
the conduct of the Orientation on Establishing Home Learning Spaces and
Distribution of Home Learning Packages on February 23, 2022, at 8:30 AM to
12:00 AM at Pedro Guevarra National High School Training Center, Sta Cruz,
Laguna. Consequently, the turnover of the Donation of Bearbrand and Metrobank
Foundation shall be done at 2:00 PM in the same venue.

2. The main objectives of the following activities are:

a. to intensify support on the implementation of the BE-LCP
b. to provide a conducive learning space at home during the distance
learning through collaborative efforts of stakeholders
c. to allow every learner to receive quality basic education by engaging
partners and stakeholders in the community
d. to create and sustain the home learning space of learners to address
education-related challenges and sharpen their focus in their learnings

3. Top management, TWGs, 24 District Adopt-A-School Coordinators, together with
24 District Property Custodians are requested to attend the abovementioned
activity in the morning. Likewise, the 12 School Heads of recipient schools of
the donation from Metrobank Foundation which are listed below are also

socmonet.laguna@deped.gov.ph on or before February 28, 2022.

6. The personnel who will attend this activity shall strictly follow the standard health
protocol: wearing a face mask and bringing a vaccination card. Also, each district
representative is advised to have their vehicle services to transport the 16
