- Remain law-abiding, Remain law-abiding and of good behavior.
- Make and maintain contact with attorney
- Keep court/attorney informed of current address, and phone number. Notify of any changes within
72 hours.
- Make all future court appearances
- Obey Fail To Appear Warning
- No use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, No explosives, ammunition. Provide a
firearms affidavit if applicable. Weapons should be given to the Winona County Sheriff's Office for
safekeeping.
- No alcohol/controlled substance use, No use or possession of alcohol, controlled substances or
mood altering substances, except as may be prescribed, and then only in the amounts and dosages
prescribed.
- Random testing, Submit to random testing and random searches.
- Do not leave Minnesota without written court approval
- Sign Waiver of Extradition
- No contact with alleged victim(s), with the family of the alleged victim.
- Child visitation by family court order only, Comply with any and all orders regarding visitation of the
children as ordered in 85-FA-23-900 and 85-JV-23-57. Visitation shall be supervised and at a secure

facility.
- Contact with probation, If qualified, placed on Pretrial Monitoring with the Department of
Corrections. You must comply with all pretrial monitoring conditions. Sign an agreement within two
weeks of release from custody.

IF YOU VIOLATE THIS ORDER:


 You could be arrested;

 Your bond or bail could be forfeited;

 You could be charged with a new crime; and/or

 You could be held in contempt of court

The terms of this order will remain in effect until another court order changes or vacates this order, until
you are found not guilty of the criminal charges in this case, until the criminal charges against you are
dismissed, or until the sentencing in this case.
