First Time Study in China (Batch 2020 – 2023) - X Visa

1. Original and photocopy of JW201 or JW202 issued by the Ministry of Education in China.

2. Original and photocopy Admission Notice issued by the institute, academy, university in China.

3. Full name and contact details of Focal Person.

4. Original and photocopy of Mark sheet/Diploma previous education from the institute in Pakistan and attested
by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Pakistan.

5. Original and photocopy of Mark sheet or Diploma of previous education from the institutes in China (if
applicable).

6. Original and photocopy of Mark sheet or Diploma of previous education from the school, college, university or
institute in foreign country. Equivalent Educational Documents (for the Foreign Education Documents) attested
by the HEC Department and MOFA of Pakistan (if applicable).

7. Original and photocopy of Leaving Certificate or No Objection Certificate to leave Institute or University if
applicant didn't finish their education from previous institute in China.

8. Scholarship certificate issued by the educational department or institute in China (if applicable).

9. Original last 6 month’s Bank Statement signed and stamped by bank officer, with minimum closing balance of
600,000.00 PKR per year (Six Hundred Thousand or Six Lacs Only) or 2,500.00 USD (US Dollar Two Thousand
and Five Hundred Only) per annum (NOTE: Currency will be calculated according to the current US Dollar
Exchange Rate.
a. Bank statement should be valid before 15 days from the date of applying for visa.
b. If applicants have the bank account in foreign country, scanned or photocopy bank statement is acceptable
with minimum closing balance of 2,500.00 USD (US Dollar Two Thousand and Five Hundred) per annum.
(NOTE: Foreign Currency will be calculated according to the current US Dollar Exchange Rate.)
c. If sponsored by relatives, proof of relationship (FRC, MRC, CNIC, BRC) and NOC on affidavit by the sponsor.

10. Account Maintenance Certificate issued from the local bank in Pakistan for new account holders and if bank
title is different from CNIC/name of the account holder.

11. Personal appearance of all applicants is must.
