Screens room and Pollard packing

Relocate 30kw spare motor of Mill 1B infestation motor at ground floor, preparation for
installation. (1hr) Elect.
Trouble at Mill 2 bran scale, Error 30 zero. Recalibrated. (1hr) Elect.
Adjust fair valve of aspiration due to strong suction. (.5hrs) Elect
Adjust timing of filter control from 20secs to 10secs interval. (.5hrs) Elect.

Mill Proper
Vibration analysis on impact detacher 1B, Mill 2 HPF System A, B & C, Mill 1A M1855 & M1856
HPF. (2hrs) Elect. Mech.
Trouble at M1804 Roller motor, fan is broken. Remove broken fan then install fan from spare
motor. Install fan. Tested and observed. (2hrs) elect.
Repair fan cover of M1813 roller motor due to loose thread screw, replace then install. (1hr)
Elect.
Trouble at Feed roll Mill2 C4 not running. Change recipe then restart. Observed. (1hr) Elect.

Flour Silo, Flour Packing and warehousing

Installation of brackets for lightings at 6th floor flour silo. (4hrs) Elect.
Adjust timing of bag clamp open of carousel #2 due to early bag clamp opening. (1hr) Elect.

Machining / Fabrication Shop.
