    DAILY ENGINEERING OPERATION REPORT (July 29, 2023)

    EMD:

    Wheat Intake/Storage and Substation


    Replace and install busted 100w flood light at center of mealy bin. (2hrs)

    Screens room and Pollard packing


    Rechecking of Mill 1A 20kg load cell from bin #3 dirty wheat. (1.5hrs) Elect.
    Installation of 50kg load cell for Mill 1A. Zeroing and calibration. Okay. (2hrs) Elect.
    Interchange service switch for Bin #3 and Bin #4 tube screw of PMF. Tested and observed.
    (2hrs) Elect.

    Flour Silo, Flour Packing and warehousing


    Dismantle wiring of motor for LPF from APF system (Packing), Pull out purging control & level
    sensors then test. Recover 1 unit of sensor. (6hrs) Elect.
    Trouble at carousel #2 bag checker, found out that controller is defective. Pull out & repaired at
    shop. Installed back, Tested & monitored. (3hrs) Elect.
    Trouble at cake flour recycling system not starting, found out that interlocking is affected by
    pulling out of unused wires. (1hr) Elect.

    Machining / Fabrication Shop.
