2.1 OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

OBJECTIVES

Primary objectives
To study about Employee Employer Relationship at loyal Super Fabrics (unit of loyal
Textile Mills Limited).

Secondary objectives
1. To know about the employee involvement in organization.

2. To analyse the interpersonal relationship between employees.

3. To understand the grievances redressal mechanism followed in the organization.

4. To evaluate the reward system followed in organization.

5. To Suggest an improve the employer employee relationship in Loyal Super Fabrics (unit of
loyal textile mills Limited).

2.2 NEED OF THE STUDY

 The study helps the management to know whether there is good relationship between
them & their employees.

 TO know the satisfactory level of employer’s relationship with employees.

 The study will help the management in analyzing the employee attitude and thereby
decide upon union implementation in the organization as it is a non-union organization.

2.3 SCOPE OF THE STUDY

 Project will be helpful for the management to identify the status of the
employee-employer relations in the organization.

 Being a non- union organization, this study would help management to


decide on union implementation with the help of analysis made on employee
attitude.

 This study give feedback of total employee involvement practice in the


organizationand gives suggestive measures to improve it further.

 This project can be the base for students who are doing the project in related areas.

2.4 LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

 The statistical tools used for the study have their own limitations.

 Since the time duration is short it was not enough to conduct elaborate study.

 The response given by the selected respondents may be subjected to bias.Time and
resource constraints
