OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY:

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

To study about JOBDESIGN towards motivation of employees by calculating MOTIVATING


POTENTIAL SCORE(MPS) at S&S POWER SWITCHGEAR PRIVATE LIMITED

SECONDARY OBJECTIVES

 To analyse skill level and skill varieties of the employees


 To know about the task allocation of the employees at the organisation
 To evaluate the responsibility of the employees towards the work activity
 To suggest and improve the motivating factors towards the work
 To observe the feedback mechanism between employess and the organisation
NEED OF THE STUDY

 This study will be helpful to the Human Resource department for the organisational growth
 The researcher depicts the attitude of the employees towards the organisations Job
framework
 The study has been conducted with a view to bring out the improvement to be made in the
organisation in all the subsystems of the unit
 This study will reflect the view of employees towards the Jobdesign of the organisation
SCOPE OF THE STUDY

 This study can be used as a tool to carry out Job Redesign process for future purposes
 This findings and suggestions of the study can also be applied to similar projects at similar
situations
 This study may be taken as reference for the future studies
LIMITATION OF THE STUDY

 Some employees were not interested in providing information.


 Due to lack of time(2 months), it was not possible to conduct in depth study in the
 Particular area.
 Some employees did not read the questionnaire properly and they fill the data very fastly.
 It was difficult for the observer to get response from the employees, as they were too busy
with their work
