 Chapter 1 User Notice

Before use, the operator must read the user manual carefully and check the
device functions are working properly or not to avoid unnecessary damage.
If you need to connect the device to peripheral devices, peripheral devices
must read detailed instructions.

1.1 Safety measures

When you start the system processor, processor will self-test, during treatment
the processor uninterrupted, from time to time to carry out a self-test.
During emergency situations, tap the emergency stop switch, turn off the device.

Notice: Only after the distributor trained personnel have the right to repair
the facilities inside the instrument, not entitled to any treatment may cause
damage to the instrument and cause warranty invalid.

1.2 User training

Only the people who had been professional trained to understand the treatment
effect and know the potential risks then can use the device.The operator must
read the user manual carefully before operating the device. During treatment,
treatment rooms should be marked "non-related personnel are forbidden" words.
Before the treatment, the operator must be informed of the possible risks during
treatment. The success of treatment depends on the operator's experience and
understanding of professional knowledge. During treatment, the operator must
wear protective glasses, treated subjects wearing safety goggles, do not wear
glasses which cannot meet the security needs .

1.3 Device electromechanical safety

Device power supply used 200V~240V(50/60Hz) Single-phase power supply，
International standards used(120cV~260V，50/60Hz)；20A (90~130V，50/60Hz)
Single-phase three-wire socket.Equipment by three line contact with the ground,
the ground must ensure reliable grounding. When running this operating system,

 dangerous high voltages exist in the device，After the power is turned off，high
voltage devices is still possible with residual voltage，So please do not open the
protective cover to avoid high voltage shock hazard. Only authorized personnel
can repair the device, Otherwise it will cause warranty invalid.

Notice：In the operating range, avoid to use flammable substances, such

as acetone, alcohol. When using alcohol-based products to disinfect equipment,
make sure that the alcohol evaporate completely before device operation.

Chapter 2 Product Introduction

2.1 Product description

PicoSure is a kind of laser pigment therapy device.It works by “light lasting”.
Laser emits high-energy in a moment, The pigments particles absorb the laser
energy, then rapidly expanding burst, part of the pigments burst exploded into
tiny nibs excreted out of the body, another part of pigments was swallowed by
human body macrophages and excreted through the lymphatic system, so that
reached pigment faded and even the complete elimination purposes.

As the picture shows，PicoSure Mainly composited by engine, the control module

and the treatment handle. And the control module includes emergency stop
switch, key switch, control screen, foot switch; Control screen is the 8-inch touch

screen, the treatment head is the laser treatment head.
2.2.1 Device structures
2.2.1.1 Main frame
For a device，main frame is the carrier of the other product components.
PicoSure‘s main frame generally consists of the following components:
Power Module: The entire device system power supply, the main
power source of the device working.
Control Module：As the control center of the device, by accepting input
information、working and output, to control device, then achieving each
function of the desired design，meeting user requirements.
Display Module：As human-computer interaction interface, display a
variety of information from systems and accept the user's instructions.

2.2.1.2 Control system

PicoSure operating mainly through the control module to complete, it includes
the following sections:
Key switch：Start the device so that the device connected to the power supply。
Emergency stop switch：When an emergency fault occurs or operator error,
press the power switch to enable the device to stop working, to protect device
and people.
Control scrren：As man-machine interface, it can display setting of operation
and adjust system parameters.
Foot switch；Depresses the foot switch, the device begins to work; lift up the
foot switch, the device stops working.
2.2.1.3 Treatment handle
Treatment handle is the main part of operating implementation，including
bellows, treatment head. Bellows with internal power supply lines, data line;
Treatment head with internal control switch, treatment head shown in FIG.
PicoSure have two kinds laser wavelength :1064nm and 532nm; 1064nm
wavelength which is mainly used on the skin to get rid of blue, black pigmentation,
532nm wavelength mainly used to get rid of the skin red, brown pigmentation.

The laser head of the 1064nm wavelength laser treatment handle is circular, the
laser head of the 532nm wavelength laser treatment handle is square.

Chapter 3 Device installation

3.1 Installation of process device
Device should be installed in non-corrosive gases, dust, particles less environment,
Corrosive gases will damage electronic devices, optical components, connecting
wires. Dust and larger particles in the air, will damage filters and electrical
components. Installating environment temperature, humidity range should be
consistent with the requirements of the tecnicial parameters of the device.
Installation of process device:
The device taken out.
Taken out the device for one day, because of long-distance transportation,
device may be excessive humidity, so that aviod resulting in device damage.
After device proper humidity, assembling the various components to ensure
that all connections are secure interface.
Let the tank is filled with distilled water.
Device's Handpiece and power connections.
After various parts and power connection was completed, in ensuring the
device is connected correct the situation, open the device, testing of all system
parameters and performance.

 3.2 Device related components installation and water injection instructions
When install the parts of the device, the first to be is water injection operation,
before run the device each time, Must check the water injection position‘s water
level mark whether is above the blue sign the water column or not. If do not reach
it must be distilled water refilling.

3.2.1 Water injection instructions

When the device start to work the ambient outside temperature best at 15 ℃ ~ 30 ℃;
wetness can not be higher than 80%; treatment room should always be kept clean.

Respectively connected the funnel and white connectors with the both ends
of the pipe, As the picture shows:

Connected the white connector port with water injection position, through a
funnel to inject water into the device, until the water reaches the blue area, as
the picture shows:

After the injection is completed, click stainless steel keys on white connector,
The water appliances can be removed from the water injection position.

Notice: Water drain and water Injection is in the same order，only need to
remove the funnel, then put the injection pipe is placed to the water container.

3.2.2 Water cycle debugging

After the device water injection completed, then connected the power line
and foot line, then begin to do water cycle debugging test. Before water cycle
debugging test, plug head needs to be connected well, in order to avoid damage
to the pumps in the commissioning process，as the picture shows:

Water cycle debugging running steps as follows:

Before device starts to work, must ensure that the emergency stop switch
in the up state. If the emergency stop switch is pressed, please click on the
emergency stop button, keep it in the up state.
Keep the rear of device's circuit breaker switch to the "ON" position.
Press the button switch, device internal water cooling system runs automatically.
Observation of the water cycle is running correctly or not.
If no leaks, water flow alarm, etc, let device work more than one minite, then
turn off the power. It proves water cycle debugging is work well.

Notice：Every 1-2 months changing the water inside the device，open the
injection box when changing the water, as much as possible to discharge all
remaining water in the cooling system.

3.2.3 Treatment handle installation
When install the handle, need to lower than the machine height，in order to
discharge bubble from the handle.After installed,start the device，let the water
circulation run for at least one minute, then can do treatment.
As the picture shows: Align the handle and interfaces, first, connect the right
followed by the left, connect it carefully, when heard in a row "Kaka" sound,
plug connector is completed, finally, both sides of the plug head can be screwed .

When removing the handle, first removed the fixing screws which are in both
sides of the plug head with the "cross" screwdriver, Then hold down the two
buttons on the plug head, then you can remove the handle ,

 Chapter 4 Device software
operating instructions

4.1 Main interface

After the system starts, the display switches from the "Welcome screen" to the
main interface. The main interface displays related to functions and settings.

frequency adjustment.Click the "work", Pre-combustion the xenon,after a

successful pre-combustion, The status bar indicates turned to ，at this time

step on the pedals to transmit pulses. In the working time transmit each a pulse,

the pulse count accumulated one time.

When turn off the device, press the "Stop" button to stop working,then turn off

the power switch, when it is working you can also press the "Trigger" button to

exit the pre-combustion.

 Chapter 5 Other system settings

5.1 Device details procedure

According to the actual situation of the people being treated to select the
appropriate treatment of function, choosing the treatment head, clean the
treatment site with a mild cleanser.
Select the set parameters, after finishing the setting, click the trigger button,
make the device into the ready state;
Put down the handle trigger button, starts treatment；
During the treatment process, the operator should be observation of the
patients treatment, if necessary, adjust the parameters to according to the
actual situration
After the end the treatment, turns off the power switch, use a warm towel to
clean the treating head, after then, use the disinfectant cotton ball to disinfect
the treating head.
Put the cleaning & disinfection treating head into the shipping box, pull the
plug,treatment process is over.

5.4 Care and precautions

When treatment, the treating head should not be stay too long time in the
parts of the treatment.
When takes the 1064nm wavelength laser make treatment, the operator
should tell the patients the treatment results before starts the treatment
When takes the 1064nm wavelength laser make treatment, if the parts of
the treatment corneous layer is thinner may appear purpura, that belongs
to normal phenomenon, resumed after ten minutes
After treatment with 1064nm wavelength laser, the hair may loss, it belongs
to normal, generally, the new hair will grow back after 2 weeks; If the treatment
areas apprears ooze blood, rednee and orgnizations turns to harden all belongs
to normal phenomenon, 2-4 weeks will restore.
When takes the 532nm wavelength laser make treatment, subcutaneous
capillaries absorbs 532nm laser can lead to subcutaneous blood, even scabby,
these all belong to normal phenomenon, about 20-60 days can be restored.

 After treatment, should take prevent bask, if necessary, taking acetylspiramycin
tablet or antibiotics under the doctor advised.
72 hours after the treatment, applying appropriate amount of erythromycin
ointment, meantime, erasing repair daub or eyebrow liquid on the treatment
parts.
After treatment within one week, avoid to eat much spicy or dark food, also
can not drink wine.
When treatment, the energy of the laser is weakest when the treating head
contacts with the skin, the laser energy is maximum when the treating head
and skin within 4-6cm.
After treatment, the operator should make the details record according to
the treatment data.

Chapter 6 Equipment maintenance

6.1 Clean the device

Clean the devive with a soft and damp cloth, but to avoid liquid into the interior
of the divice.

6.2 Therapy handle cleaning and replacement

Clean the handpiece lens regularly (In the course of treatment will be a small
amount of pigment granules splashed on the treatment lens, affecting the
laser output)，and wipe the lens with lens paper or cotton ball moistened
with ethanol
Each handpiece has a certain life（Approximately 2 million treatments）It must
be replaced after a certain time, you need to contact the dealer to buy again.
