Mounting the sensor to the bracket

Use the supplied 10-32, .25” length

screws to connect the sensor mounting
bracket. There are a total of 4 bolts
holding the sensor to the bracket.

Ensure the antenna is pointed

downward and away from the
electrical potential

Lanyard attachment to the sensor

Attach the supplied lanyard from the sensor to

the clamp

Releasing the clam shell of the sensor bracket

Release the spring loaded bolts on the

ring clamp assembly. This will enable
the hinge of the jaw to open

Placement of the bracket on the insulator

*Mount the sensor and the bracket on

the insulator bell closest to the structure,
with the antenna pointing towards the
structure

Place the ring clamp assembly around

insulator and tighten the bolts that hold
the two halves together.

Sensor bracket attachment

Utilize the existing hardware close to

the insulator securing the sensor
bracket while ensuring a solid ground
connection

Lanyard attachment to the insulator

Attach the shaft collar around the

insulator sheath closest to the ground
side. The collar should tightly fit the
insulator sheath. Sheath diameter is
needed before the installation.
