It rates students on 7 dimensions: attendance and punctuality; ability to learn; quality of work; character traits; initiative and creativity; dependability; and response to supervision. Students are given performance ratings of needs improvement, meets expectations, or excellent on each dimension and an overall final rating is calculated based on their average scores. Supervisors can also provide comments and suggestions to give feedback to students on their internship performance.
