Recruitment, Resourcing & Development


 Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of
manpower requirements for new / existing departments.
 Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas,
organizing selection interviews and induction programs.
 Executing the entire gamut of task in recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, short-listing, selection and
appointment, etc.

Payroll Management
 Handling payroll processing function involving computation of salary, preparation of salary certificates and
assessment and filing of statutory returns.
 Managing payroll function for employees involving processing of leave travel assistance, medical claims, joining
expenses with reference to policies, loans processing, final settlements and controlling management & employee
payrolls.
 Accountable for processing joining / separation orders, increments, promotion orders, departmental changes and
other employee related documents.
 Preparing monthly PF return, allotment of PF no. and ensuring deposit of PF on time, distribution of PF slip at year
end; finalizing year-ending accounts inclusive of preparation of reviews related to payroll accounts like Gratuity,
LTC, Medical, etc.

Performance Management System (PMS)


 Steering policies and initiatives for identifying high potential, high performing talent within the organization, while
providing accelerated developmental work assignments and training opportunities.
 Coordination for quarterly freezing of KRA form and analysis at quarter-end.
 Scheduling & Coordination of review meetings
 Preparation of rating sheet for disbursement of incentive.
