NARRATIVE REPORT
ON THE PRESENTATION OF SCIENCE 3 LESSON
QUARTER 3 WEEK 3
I. Objectives
A. Content Standards: Demonstrate the understanding of motion of
objects.
B. Performance Standards: Learners should be able to observe , describe
and investigate the position and movement of things around them.
C. Learning Competencies: Describe the movements of objects such as
people, water, wind, magnets.

II. Narrative Report:

Quarter 3 Week 3 lesson is all about magnets. Everyone was excited
and having fun as I introduced the lesson. We have done a lot activities like
what can they learn from working with magnets. Aside from introducing
magnetism, exploring magnets makes a good introduction to learning
about the nature of science, especially because magnetic force is not
visible. Approaching magnet plays as investigation opens the door to
learning about science.
Learners enjoyed interacting with magnetic letters on a board,
refrigerator magnets, blocks and other toys that are attached by magnets.
They tend to believe in “magic” as the sand on papers move and objects
coming closer to magnets without seeing something that moves them.
The learners freely explore magnets and magnetism with a variety of
objects. The teacher guide them as they generate and identify their own
testable questions that can be answered in the classroom, or provide an
investigation question. Learners designed their own method to test the
questions for investigation and record their data. Learners used their data
as evidence to answer the questions under investigation before presenting
their findings to the class and lesson was then discussed clearly by the
teacher.
